Tripoo Rhisum the Haapo retreat

It has been a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped my wife by preparing a special dish for her at our request when she got sick travelling the hill station. Totally loved the stay and the people here. Do visit this hotel and I’m sure you’ll definitely love it :)

Best Hotel to stay peacefully in the vicinity of Pelling. Food served was reality delicious, really very tasty. Staff behavior very nice & service was very prompt. One can definitely think for this hotel to spend quality time with their Loved Once.

Worst Hotel.we have stayed 1 night only. Hotel manager had adjusted us on staff room. Room was too dirty not clean. The manger is too rood, he have attitude, he dont have manners to speak with customers. He was very non supportive manager. The food quality was also not good. They have only 2 people to serve the food to customers. We was awaited for 2 hours for dinner. Too much delayed to serve food to customer. Worst experience, very bad hotel and manager also.

The room was absolutely filthy, with stained sheets, dust everywhere, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The staff were an unhelpful and rude manager , took forever to answer requests, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Electricity cutout every 10 to 15 min.Water heater not working.

The best hotel ever I stayed in!! The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious and the staff were the kindest people here. Will definitely come here again.

Nice View of kanKangchenjunga Mountain from the 4th floor. They have Good Dinner and Breakfast Services. They have well maintained Rooms and the hotel personals were kind and helpful.

The hotel is modern and located in a nice and pleasant environment. It has all modern amenities in the room. The hotel also has a nice lawn. The room has a nice view of the mountains. The hotel staff is also very good, especially Bishal Zimba who is the manager of the hotel. He is very caring and packed us the breakfast during a very early morning checkout. Additionally I have seen him to take one of the sick guest to the hospital during middle of the night which demonstrates his attitude of offering great care for the guests. The chef is also good and served standard quality food. Overall, a nice hotel, friendly staff in a reasonable price.

Our first impression of the hotel was not as good as expected. After a 5-6 hour journey, we arrived at 8:00 p.m. The welcome by the staff was not very warm. While the rooms are decent, they aren't without issues. We booked three rooms, and in one, the geyser doesn't work, while in another, the geyser is always on and can't be turned off. Additionally, the bathroom in one room has a broken tap and a toilet flush that doesn’t work. As for the food service, it was disappointing. When we arrived for dinner at 8:00 p.m., the service was extremely slow. The rice served was of poor quality and watery, and the food was cold, which is far from ideal in chilly weather. We had hoped for warm, good-quality food, but the items were limited—just two or three options. Breakfast was equally underwhelming, with only bread, butter, and paratha on offer. Moreover, the staff was not very friendly and seemed slow in their service. When we requested a bonfire to cope with the cold night, they were unable to arrange one. Overall, the experience was average at best.
