Buddha Park Residency

Best hotel in Ravangla.! We stayed in two more hotels in Sikkim but this was outstanding in all means. Service was so good. Food was tasty. Room was neat clean and was spacious. Room heater was provided on request. Food they bring to room if required.

Recently I stayed in Buddha Park Residency during my recent trip to Ravangla. I cant stop thinking about this stay, it was one of the highlight of our Sikkim trip. Pros - 1. Exellent Location, inside the Buddha Park. 2. Great View from the room. 3. Superb and Prompt Service provided by the staff, great experience from Booking to our stay. I must mention about Subhasish who made our experience so good that we will remember forever. His service was top notch. 4. we booked an executive room , it was really spacious and great view. 5. Rooms were really neat and clean. 6. food tasted really homely. Over all we enjoyed our stayed and totally recommended.

The biggest advantage of staying in this hotel is its strategic location with access to the serene Buddha Park at all times. The room I put up at offered a panoramic view of the statue alongside the mountain ranges in the background on a clear day. There is a door down at the restaurant that leads to Buddha Park. The receptionist Mr. Subhashis is an amiable person and my overall experience was a memorable one.

Rooms were shabby and old, bathroom door dod not close. curtains, bedspreads etc had dust on it. however staff was accommodating when available, till morning 9 am staff was not available at the reception. we had to search for long to get someone to complete our checkout. the only good thing about the hotel is that it has 24x7 access to the Buddha Monument.

We visited Buddha Park Residency just few days ago.Horrible experience of one night stay there. We booked one Kanchendzonga deluxe room. Tariff was Rs.3500/-per night. But the room quality was poor. Rooms were not well maintained, well cleaned. Glass of bathroom window was broken. No intercom facility was available. Stuffs were not efficient. Food quality was very very very very poor. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. I will suggest everyone never ever book this hotel.

Excellent location...on a clear sunny day...you can just open the window and see Kanchenjunga,The Sleeping Buddha. In terms of food service you don't get everything in the menu, food may arrive a little late but its good value for money

Apart from location as it is the only property attached with the Buddha Park with the facility of free entry to the park round the clock; nothing deserves to mention. Rooms are not properly maintained. Insufficient service staffs only respond as per their wish. Horrible restaurant service. Manager is unprofessional & not always responds to call or call back.
