Radisson Blu Hotel, Chennai City Centre

My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff. The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience."

A very pleasant stay. Nice rooms, good bedding, complimentary bottled water and general in room comfort. Restaurant food ace, good selections for everyone. A recommended hotel for leisure and business travellers. The highlight of the stay however are the staff! They are all polite, friendly and most professional. I would particularly like to thank Subendu das. Zayn, Sainur, Owen and Ranjan for simply being brilliant at service with an added smile. Most appreciated. 🙏

A special thanks to In-Room Dining Manager Kanishma and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. 👏✨ The team is well-trained, professional, and knows exactly how to take and handle orders with care. Initially, I had a slight disappointment during my first breakfast, but the manager promptly addressed it 🙌, ensuring a much better experience afterward. Later that night, when I ordered from in-room dining, the service was truly outstanding. ⭐ The attention to detail, promptness, and hospitality made it a memorable experience. 🍽️❤️ I extend my gratitude to the entire management team for maintaining such high standards. The in-room dining service is truly worth experiencing, and I highly recommend it. 🌟👏

⚠️ warning!!! I stayed at radisson Blue Egmore Chennai for 4days. Breakfast buffet was delicious. However on the day I checked out the only person that entered my room was the cleaner & money was stolen from my purse. I reported to the front desk. They just said they check with the cleaner & he didn’t take it. Please be careful with your cash/ belongings from personal experience. It is Not “SAFE” there. Based on this experience if I visit India again I’ll never stay there

The hotel truly stands out for its warm hospitality and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Aditya from In-Room Dining, who went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was perfect. Every order was delivered promptly, and the presentation and quality of food were impeccable. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Venkat at the Front Desk, whose professionalism and warm demeanor made the check-in and check-out process seamless. He was always ready to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. Equally impressive was Suresh, the Sales Manager, who took time to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. His personal attention and willingness to accommodate special requests truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Every member of the staff I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and dedicated to guest satisfaction. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both elegant and relaxing. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Chennai to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The service here is not just professional—it's personal. Looking forward to returning soon!

A very nice hotel centrally located in Chennai. I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. I will definitely come back again. Check in was quick and super efficient. Breakfast is fabulous and the staff at breakfast were really nice and efficient (Ravindran) . In-room dining was fantastic and Adithya made sure that I got my favourite dishes. I really enjoyed my stay and inroom dining experience.

Great staffs. Great service. You feel welcome Whenever you ask fir something it was provided without hesitation. Only drawback booking directly cost you much more than the online sites.
