I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marina Hotel. Everything about the experience was top-notch, from the rooms to the delicious food. However, the real highlight was the exceptional service, especially from Sahil at the front desk.

Booked 3 rooms for the family vacation. Room No 108 was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. The AC was not functioning properly and bathroom was not Clean. Upon complain they offered 1,000 discount. I would request the CEO to look into this matter as the room 108 is not suitable for stay at all.

I stayed very recently in this hotel. Rooms are very small and clumsy. Beds are very old and bad condition. A/c was producing more sound than TV. Wash rooms are very slippery without any toiletries. I am not going to stay here one more time. Break was ok but I liked their kindness in the restaurant.

Rooms not cleaned well.and also we waited for rooms nearly 30min after I paid the payment.bath towel issues for 1 person oly.while I check in room was not cleaned well.Highly disappointed about this
