We reached the hotel around 11 Am but the check in time was 12 PM so they asked us to wait and few others who arrived at the same time, but the tone of the lady who was a receptionist was not professional. Somehow we manage to get rooms around 12.05 PM and we checked in, so I made my booking via OYO app, and while checking in, they asked me to pay ₹400 extra, and after checking in the bathroom was not that clean, it was smelling bad. This is all fine and somewhat acceptable, but the problem started around 7 AM. The next day, the receptionist and few other guys who were working at the Hotel was shouting like they were kids in the school. They were constantly shouting. They were not thinking about the guest who are sleeping at that time from 7 to 9 AM, they were constantly outside and shouting talking loudly, which really disturbed our sleep. So overall I’m not very happy with this stay.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! ❌ I had an absolutely horrifying experience at Super Townhouse, Royapettah, Near U.S. Consulate, Chennai. This place is not just poorly managed—it feels like a scam designed to extort money from unsuspecting guests. 💸 Day 1: I booked the room online through OYO and paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived for check-in, the staff rudely demanded extra money and refused to let me in until I paid more. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional, almost like they were running a roadside scam. 💰 No Basic Amenities: • On the first day, they didn’t even provide a towel. • On the second day, there was no doormat, soap, or any other essentials. Considering the money they charged, this level of service was absolutely disgraceful. 😡 Day 2 – Even Worse: I made a second booking for the same room through OYO for around ₹1100-1200 to extend my stay. But the next morning, at 9 AM—despite my checkout time being 11 AM—they came knocking aggressively, demanding that I either pay an extra ₹1000 or leave immediately. This was despite the fact that I had already paid for the second day online. 📞 Endless Harassment and Lies: When I complained to OYO after this outrageous behavior, things only got worse. During a conference call with OYO, the hotel manager blatantly lied, claiming he never asked me to check out early. But as soon as the call ended, he came to my room, knocked aggressively, and rudely demanded that I vacate the room immediately. His tone was threatening, and it felt like I was being thrown out like a criminal after paying for my stay. ⚠️ Pure Extortion and Harassment: This was not just bad service—this was outright harassment and extortion. The staff behaves as if they own the guests and can do whatever they want. They extort extra money without justification, lie shamelessly, and treat guests with zero respect. 📝 Strong Recommendation: I urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. If anyone faces a similar issue, I strongly recommend filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum to hold these people accountable. This place should not be allowed to operate under such horrific conditions. 🚫 I will never step foot in this horrible place again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this disaster of a hotel.

It was good and decent stay. Straight to the point-- 1.Very close to the consulate. 2..Staffs are so helpful 3.Especially TV nad AC working 4. Restroom are decent but some salt stain. 5.24x7 accessible reception and check in check out. 6. Room service available 24x7 Cons- 1. Double bed looks small, beds are so soft and saggy. 2. Towels are washed and clean bu looks old.

We recently stayed at this OYO hotel for 1 night in room 101 and 108 . Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to a number of reasons. The photographs seem pretty good on the website and even the rating on OYO is good but the hotel is nothing like that. After making the booking, we couldn't contact the hotel directly. We wanted to tell the hotel about our late check in. We called OYO but they couldn't help as well. The hotel number given to us was not reachable even after trying multiple times, even OYO could not get through to them. Upon arrival, the receptionist was initially unfriendly, but he suddenly changed after a few minutes. His erratic behavior was rather unwelcoming. The rooms were not ready when we arrived late evening. Once given the rooms they were still not clean, with dust on the side tables, dirty floors and even used bed sheets and quilt covers in room 108. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state - they smelled bad, the flush wasn't working(room 108), and the door handle was broken(room 101). The buckets seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The AC in the reception area was not working, and room 101 had issues with the fan regulator and a broken remote. Additionally, the windows didn't have proper curtains which felt uncomfortable.The overall hygiene of the hotel was substandard. The staff boys seem more interested in their phones rather than on cleaning. Despite having two people staying in the room, we were not provided with two room cards even after requesting for them. Another point was the lack of contact information. When we tried to call the hotel for booking-related queries, we found that no phone number was not reacable even after multiple attempts. We had to visit the hotel in person to resolve the issue. Our MAJOR concern was when we requested Wi-Fi details, the receptionist asked for our personal phone number to WhatsApp the password details, which seemed unusual and raised concerns. It was surprising that the hotel's contact information was not readily available, yet they requested our personal details for their purposes. They are asking for Phone number just to share Wifi password which was strange and unacceptable. We strongly believe that the hotel needs a major upgrade in cleaning, maintenance, and amenities. The staff also needs to be more attentive to guests' needs and provide better customer service. I dont think i will visit this hotel again.

They charged an additional ₹1000 even though the initial booking amount and the final payment that were made online. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were hairs all over the floor, in bed and the bedsheets had visible stains. The toilet's hand shower was not functioning. This is one of the least recommended hotels in the area. Definitely not worth the price.

My booking id is NR1N2905. I booked for two days and then I had to extend. Reception team told at the time of checkin for extension do it offline not online will give you same rate. So, in previous night I told please extend it multiple times but he gave me excuses and told to come in morning only. Then that price would be more and have to pay more which eventually happened after small arguments. Still I was ok but which I didn't like is He took my mobile to check booking id and gave oyo ratings by himself without my knowledge. This is very bad atleast allow your customer to give honest rating. Other than that room was good. Ac, TV was working fine. They provided plates, water bottle etc. Room service is good. Washroom flush was bit faulty even after fixes, it again didn't work. So if some one has to book please book online in prior, and don't think of offline extension. I was supposed to give more rating but just because of this false framing for offline booking and self rating by taking my phone am giving this rating.

No ventilation and with full of room spray. All beds springs almost gone. May they done have guts to throw it out Too costly for that rooms. Narrow road. Congested parking. Hospitalaity is worst. Too many negatives. I am hardly thinking to write atleast one best quality. Ha... Found one. Location is good as it is near to many places. And the best part is they will cheat if you book online. The guy just added 800 as food charges and shown it as due. Be careful.
