The Pride Hotel, Chennai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pride Hotel in Chennai, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, including an early check-in and a late check-out, which I truly appreciated. The hotel's location is another highlight—it's conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy to get around. I enjoyed the dining options available, with both restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. While I did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the common areas, they did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I would definitely recommend The Pride Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Chennai!

The rooms ans corridors are stinking. Housekeeping takes care least. The washroom is very small. Food quality and taste is very poor. The saty is not worth for money. I would always advise against choosing this hotel. I need to change the room and the alternate provided was as bad. The staff at the front desk is not courteous

I suggest the hotel could possibly have an air freshener due to the wood smell. Toilets should also have an air freshener to have an aroma to make the environment pleasant. Apart from that , the in room services (food) was great. Thank you for being patient and doing your best to serve us !

Went for a meeting followed by Buffet dinner. The meeting hall was ok. But the dinner was terrible. Except for a roti and panner curry rest all doesn't taste good. You have work on the food quality. The people working in the restaurant were very courteous.

It's been a pleasant stay. The accessibility to the surrounds has been at ease. The staff were extremely king and cooperative. This has definitely made the stay away from home more pleasant. The room were clean and hygienic. The food was good and prepared hygienically. Good job!

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff Ms.Jeevalatha was friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pride Hotel, Kilpauk, for four days. Here's my feedback on my experience: Positive Aspects - The hospitality provided by Kishoth, Aanchal, Sahana , Tumpa was exceptional and made my stay even more enjoyable. - The front office staff, including Aanchal , Sahana & Tumpa, demonstrated outstanding politeness and professionalism throughout my stay. - Kishoth's warm welcome and assistance during my stay were truly appreciated. Also, During my stay in Room 513, I noticed that there was no mirror in the room, which was only available in the restroom. I kindly suggest considering the addition of a mirror in the room to enhance the overall comfort and convenience of guests. Overall Experience Thank you, Kishoth, Aanchal, Sahana & Tumpa, for making my stay at The Pride Hotel memorable. I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the team and look forward to my next stay.

It seems Bed bug pest control has been done recently, the rooms are having pungent smell. Uncontrollable. Needed to change the room and the new room also no better. Bathroom fitting are old and lot of stains. Need to be replaced at once. Best is people and food.
