I had the worst experience of my life at this so-called “hotel” and I strongly urge you to remove them from your platform immediately. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown online. In reality it was absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty, the bedsheets were stained, the washroom smelled unbearable, and the sink was clogged. The toilet was an Indian commode which was completely unhygienic and unacceptable for the amount they charged. The biggest issue was the behavior of the owner and the manager. Instead of helping or providing service, they both harassed me and threatened me. The price listed on your site was 641 but they forced me to pay 1000. When I questioned this, they said openly that if I did not pay I could not stay. They even threatened that if I argued further, they would raise the price to 1500 or even 2000. This is nothing short of fraud and extortion. As a solo female traveler I felt unsafe, intimidated, and harassed by both the owner and the manager. This was not just poor service but clear harassment and exploitation of a customer. I had already spent 400 on a cab to reach there so I stayed only 5 hours before leaving after a short nap. But nothing about this place was livable. It is dirty, unsafe, fraudulent, and dangerous. This property is a direct threat to customer safety and rights. What I faced amounts to cheating, harassment, and intimidation. I request you to take immediate and strict action under consumer protection policies and permanently blacklist this property from your platform to ensure no other traveler is ever subjected to such treatment. If no action is taken, I am prepared to escalate this matter further, including filing a consumer court complaint and sharing my experience widely on social media so other travelers are warned.

Parking: No exclusive parking slot available and no wheel-chair parking Note: During rainy days, it would be much difficult to park nearby the hotel Charges: Rs 1499/- for 3 adults + 1 room (including GST) Best for: 1 night stay Infra: TV, water heater, bathing soap, towel, 1 water bottle complimentary available Area of improvement: 1. Cleaning the bed, bed spread is imperative 2. Bed cot should be improved ( spring bed which may/might not) comfortable for elders 3. Pillows are of low quality Not available: Complimentary breakfast Room service Nearby: Grocery shop and small shops are there

Very bad, 👎👎👎👎👎they will cheat you if you book a room with Oyo and go there, it doesn't matter. If you go directly to them, the rate is higher. If you book a room with Oyo and go there, they will give you a room if you pay cash there, and if the amount we booked is less than that, there is no room there. Very bad service.

Fantastic place to stay ..they are very humble and rooms are so neat and tidy bathrooms are heaven.u can sleep in bathrooms too.decent pricing .. professional staff.very privacy place to hang on.Gopi and sakthi is very good friendly staff

If you want to have a experience of bed begs bite whole stay with itching, worst & used dirty linen, uncomfortable room size which is opposite information in the website must go there definitely you will get all the experience of disaster...

One of the worst experiences I had with this oyo booking. - I had to book this hotel for guests attending function. - During the checkin @12pm they refuse to give rooms. I got room at 4AM next day. - cleanliness is not good. If you have no pther option you can stay (but not recommended for families) - Rooms and bathrooms stinks with bad smell, if you complain about this they will spray some local brand room spray. - No lift facility available, also for bookings done online, rooms will be provided at 3rd floor, if you guys want rooms in ground floor for persons like physically handicap also, they will ask extra money for the same size of room and shitty service. - I felt that these people only target on the money, These people mentions about the room price and insult you with your guests for booking rooms in oyo app. Such a shame on the hotel management and OYO....!!! - as per my experiance this hotel shouldnot be listed in the oyo itself, if the hotel management expecting more money increase the amount in oyo app or unlist your hotel from OYO and other online booking apps, instead dont SCAM the CUSTOMERS.....!!!!!!

Very worst experience in 2 nd giest time 1 stayed whole day in first time friendly experience But the second time the told you damaged the bed, the lied to stole money from me, I stayed 2 times alone but the told cheated I'm stayed
