Worst Hotel Experience – Not Just in Tamil Nadu, but Across India This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — not just in Tamil Nadu, but anywhere in India. The room was extremely dusty with a terrible smell, making it almost unbearable to stay in. The service was equally disappointing. We got no proper response from the staff when we raised concerns. They promised complimentary breakfast with our room, but the idlis served were clearly made the previous day — only reheated along with the side dish and served cold and stale. The bathroom was a nightmare. It was unclean, and the water supply kept stopping halfway through bathing. You’ll have to wait hours just to finish a shower. The drainage system was terrible — water remained stagnant and didn’t flow out properly. To top it all off, there was a power cut at midnight, and it took hours for the power (and the fan) to come back on. This place is completely unhygienic, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth your money. Avoid at all costs.

⚠️ Warning: Avoid this Place ⚠️ This is not a proper hotel – it is a scam. They cheat guests openly. The front office staff is completely unprofessional and dishonest. The staff is the key issue… • They take advance payments but do not provide receipts. • Later, they claim additional money or collect full-day charges and then force you to vacate in between. • The rooms are extremely unhygienic – more like a public bathroom than a hotel room. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid staying here at all costs.

I chose this place for its location. And that's about it. The bathroom had a strong stench, walls had mold. No towels provided. Bed sheet had stains. Also, when I went to take my car out, the staff asked me to move some other customers car blocking the way. Then I had to go back and forth with it in their parking as they could not make up their mind regarding where they wanted me to put it. Strange.

Extremely Poor Service – Room 503 I had a terrible experience during my stay in Room 503 on the 5th floor. The room was full of dust, and construction work was going on nearby, making it impossible to rest. It’s shocking that rooms in such a condition are being given to guests. To make things worse, there was no water in the room early in the morning. I had a 7:00 AM flight and had to leave by 5:00 AM, so I got ready at 4:00 AM – only to find no water available. The service was completely unacceptable, and no help was offered. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly urge management to improve their standards and respect their guests.

From now on, the confusion about where to stay when we come to Chennai has changed. I changed my mind after my family and I came to Chennai and stayed at this hotel. Very nice rooms, very nice staff, especially the staff called Prasad, helped us a lot. The places here are also good. They took good care of us. It is a good hotel. We do it for everyone.

Excellent place,, very helpful Front Office Staff Prasad with good service. Safe and cleanI really liked there services and even the facility what we got it is a good area near by and even the surrounding really I like this hotel and even I hope I will visit again I really like your hotel . One of the worst hotel we stayed.. The room which they they give us initially was in 3rd floor was like a dungeon and we told them to shift. They gave in 4th floor. The room doesn't have hangers, toiletries and the towel is not clean. As we booked through agoda, it is prepaid, couldn't vacate the room. The service is very poor when we shared the feedback. The staffs are least bothered to help. There is no water in the room in the morning. We had to escalate and shout at them to get water.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here... we will never visit again to gm this hotel.
