NillWe had a quiet, clean, spacious and tastefully furnished room. Front desk offered good service: showed us a room when we checked out the hotel; allowed us to keep a bag with the hotel for a week before we checked in. We enjoyed our 3 dinners in the restaurant - delicious and well executed. Housekeeping did a good job. Urgent improvement needed in the bathroom - deep clean the floor and shower stall or replace them! Looks like the walls and fittings were replaced but not the floor and shower stall! They look shabby!

NillI had very bad experience with the GM. My fren was having high fever couldn't lift up from bed and was asking for some time to pack the bags, the GM was only concern about $$$..saif if we don't check out we hv to pay full charges. No humanity at all. Not only us others were experiencing the same.The GM was very rude. Lousy service.

NillVery bad experience with the staffs. Housekeeping is lousy, they overused the wax on the floor hence it was very slippery. Told them twice and the floor were still the same. The front desk receptionist were not friendly. The room and dinning were infested with tiny insects. They destroyed the cake we had for the birthday . They offered to buy one but it was 11pm and we were already not happy with the staff. They are also short staffed. Overall, one bad experience at this hotel and the staffs.

NillStayed here recently and never have i encountered a hopeless hotel like this. The first time i came, the room was good. Room service was good as we only ordered 2 simple items. But the next time we checked in, it was soooo bad. My room toilet was not set up well, the hotel staff came up without informing, to fix a shower gel stand. They insisted to do it right then, couldn't wait till after we checked out. The bathroom tiles were stained badly, the towels too. Asked a housekeeping staff crossing the room to help change the towels but no one came. My mom's room had roaches. And the dinner experience was bad. The food was underpar, and they managed to spoil our birthday cake. They did offer to change the cake but it was already almost 11pm at that point. And they waived the dinner chargers. But it was only after much discussion and after the staff blamed us for destroying our own cake. They were all defensive, lying left and right, and just making us feel low and stupid. Some front desk staff are from the eastern side of India. They spoke broken English with an awfully exaggerated American accent. But that didn't stop them from being utterly rude and just incompetent. They can't even operate a system and told us to pay some hefty amount when everything was already paid for. Just an overall bad experience. Don't judge the clean façade and make a booking. The staff and rooms will make u regret your stay. Only location was good.

NillWe are staying in this hotel today amd tomorrow. Our check in time was 12.0 clock , but rooms were allotted at 5 o clock in the evening . Reason - previous guests have not checked out . We tried to call theor regional sales manager mr naresh kumar several times but didn't picked our call . Wow and they got 8 stars , dont know why Due to this , no extra beds were available as inspite of 50 rooms there were only 30 extra beds available and all were occupied . Is it believable ? We had 13 rooms booked , i.e. 25 % of capacity and we hadnt used much of extra beds , i guess 2 or 3 No one is there to listen , told speak to our manager and no one is responsible. We asked for their head office e mail Id to complain but they didn't give . God bless the guests who seek for their reservation at shilton dee cee ,( chetty road )

NillInfested with Brazilian cockroaches, the rooms and bathroom. Got my room changed at 3am in the morning. Services are top-notch. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's unsatisfactory with that all. Breakfast was good. Could have more varieties as the food was rather to mundane. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Staff were polite and hospitable, I may come back only if I know they have addressed their cockroaches issues. We have another 14 pax visiting Chennai in November this year. I hope they keep to our expectation to book 7 rooms.

NillThis is one of the excellent hotel to stay at T Nagar Area. Location is on the main road with easy access. The hotel is well maintained with good ambience, superb rooms and excellent house keeping. House keeping supervisor Mr Sudarshan is superb in extending help in every manner to make the stay comfortable. Mr Deepak in front office is good to help your booking and other arrangements. Mr Vaibhav, the GM of the Hotel is very cordial and very customer friendly. The hotel has one the best buffet breakfast with good quality, variety and excellent service. Over all this is ONE OF THE BEST hotels in Chennai for business, leisure and family occasions. Its proximity to shopping areas is added advantage. STAY ONCE AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE....!! SUPERB!!!

NillThis is a nice mid budget luxury hotel in Chennai City. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was also good. Place is hygienic and staffs are courteous. This is slightly away from Marina Beach, however location is good as compared to business hotels.
