JS Grand Residency

One of the pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms & the hotel have a foul smell. Their bed is extra small and they ask you to upgrade the room for a bigger bed by paying extra. In breakfast they gave us a packed thali instead of a buffet. Food was good though. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in this hotel in March with parents,,,,staff is courteous ,,but they provided a room which was not up to the standard,,,could have cleaned the room before checking in ,,,torn blanket,,dead insects on the floor.. However the location is perfect

I would like to take some time to applaud and appreciate the excellent service provided by Mr Dani who happens to be very helpful and accommodative and very much on his toes to what he can for the guest ,he made our stay very memorable and certainly will generate many referrals in the near future, so hats off to Dani

I had stayed here for a night with my family as my kid was attending a sports meet at the nearby Nehru stadium. Found this hotel close by and chose it to avoid travelling back and forth for the 2 day event. I would this is a decent hotel nearby the Central station and the cost is not too costly as well. it had good parking space being in a prime location where there is hardly any space. Check-in was smooth and our Deluxe room was in the 2nd floor. The room was really clean but felt a bit cramped with the chairs very close to the bed. The hotel is right next to the railway track and if you don't like the sound of trains passing by, avoid this hotel at any cost. But being a train lover, I loved the vantage point my room had for me to indulge in trainspotting :) There is absolutely zero room service, no coffee or tea available. There is a Non-Veg fast food hotel operating but they don't deliver to the room too. But lot of hotels nearby and you could just walk out to have some good food outside. While passing through the corridor to the lobby, the stench of the meat being cooked is really unbearable and it just puts off so many people. If these small things can be improved, this hotel can be a great value add being in a prime location.

Good spacious room and clean washrooms. Proximity to Central and Egmore stations. Ample Parking.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is also very cooperative.

The stay was not at all worthy. I would like to talk to management about the rude behavior of their staff especially the lady in the reception.

The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. The food was affordable and very tasty I would highly recommend having breakfast here. The view depending on the room is also good. They have a varied range of options in food from north Indian to south indian. Its location is very close to the central railway station at almost walking distance.
