OYO Flagship 813053 The prince Park

I booked through oyo and the receptionist asked to pay extra amount and then changed my booking from oyo to direct booking. After entering the room the AC was in damaged condition and another room changed and seen toilet issue and the again changed the room and found many cockroaches, insects were on bed and entered into my all luggages.... worst ever room i have seen. Very bad experience. Very unhygienic maintenance. But money they are asking like 3* hotel...

I booked this hotel and tried to call the confirmation, that didn't happen. Then I reached the hotel, I already paid, they asked 800 rupees extra, otherwise cancel the booking. So, this is a congested area. So, I travelled all the way from 8 km apart. So, it took one hour travelling to reach there. They told like that. And I called via customer care, but this property manager not attending the phone. And almost I spent two hours to reach there. It's a very bad experience.

Very worst rooms, don't book directly or thru oyo also, they will say rooms will be good, if we go week end they will say high price, but if we entered into room it will b very worst, more insects and mosquitoes they will say AC room but it won't work I have been threatened by the hotel staff when I argued that AC is not working. Waste of money utter waste rooms.

It was a horrible experience. The staff is not at all cooperative, we asked multiple times for bedsheet change they gave us the bedsheets to change ourselves. The room is not clean, washroom is broken Please don't book, they even charged extra after booking from Oyo

This is the worst experience I had in my life The worst rooms I changed for almost 3 rooms and they are with cockroaches and they don't even maintain it properly

One of the worst experience. Rooms are not cleaned. Cat poops inside the room. Very bad experience from reception desk. Waited 2 hours to get confirmation from OYO. Booking through OYO was a disaster.

They don't deserve 1 star poor experience no I booked for A/C room but no A/C working we have changed 3 rooms all of them have same issue and one roon have full of coroach very disgusting don't go They staff are all uneducated they don't know what they are saying we asked for refund and they are not giving us.

One of the worst experiences had with this property... no any safety for this property.. no proper cot and bed... no smoking board at front of the reception... full smoking smell... looks like mansion.. full of beer bottles around.... 1500 /- room.. not even worth for 500... no proper air condition... all are not serviced... fire accident happened when I stayed at that time... full of smoke and no proper ventilation...and no fire extinguisher as well.. somehow managed and escaped along with small kids... poor, uneducated, and unethical staffs... filed a police complaint but no use.. all are one team... please don't support the property like this... this property suppose to be sealed permanently until all safety measures are in place.
