Hotel Farm House

It was an extremely good experience staying at the farm stay in Kodaikanal. Mr. Satish, the Resort Manager, was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hospitality provided was excellent, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and tidy. The food was delicious and neatly presented. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Our stay at The Farm House was truly delightful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Mr. Sam and Mr. Sateesh, who made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, while the breakfast was delicious and tasted just like home-cooked food. A special thanks to Mr. Sateesh for going above and beyond—his friendly nature, attention to detail, and the wonderful farm tour he gave us added the best part to our trip and created unforgettable memories. The location is peaceful yet easily accessible to the main attractions, making it a perfect getaway. Overall, an amazing experience filled with comfort, care, and great food. We would love to come back again!

The hotel farmhouse was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, and the morning breakfast was delicious, tasting just like home-cooked food. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to many key spots in the town. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel, making it convenient for meals outside. I highly recommend this place for a cozy and enjoyable stay!

This is a perfect place for couples in Kodaikanal. Away from the hustle bustle of the touristy part. The stay is on a colonical property with pear ochards. Hospitality by Mr Satish was excellent, he gave us a tour of the orchard and arranged food when there were no restaurants open nearby. He truly is passionate about offering the best services possible. Would definitely recommend the place.

We had a fantastic stay at The Farm House. The rooms were neat, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! A heartfelt thank you to Managers Mr. Satheesh and Mr. Sam for their warm hospitality and friendly demeanor. Their attention to detail and welcoming nature truly made our visit special. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a nice homestay(old british bunglow) with lot of greenery. We stayed in both STABLE and GARAGE rooms and would anyday prefer Garage as it was spacious overlooking the trees and garden. The rooms do not have fan or AC and are provided with Heaters. The morning breakfast is excellent with homely feel. It will be the same menu everyday but tasty food. There is no option of lunch or dinner but you can order through zomato/swiggy. Coffee/Tea are provided anytime on request. Parking is available. The place is quite and peaceful away from traffic but not far away from the main center. The best part are the hosts Satish and Sam. They are excellent and take care of you well and are there for help anytime.

We had an awesome stay here for two nights with family along with kids. The place is spacious and very neat. Managers and housekeepers are so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 days. The property is not too close to the heart of the city and also not too far from it either. It maintains that peaceful atmosphere away from city vibes. The rooms are very clean and the washrooms are very well maintained. The property represents Kodaikanal's Scenic and natural beauty. We are provided with 24 hours hot water and Room heater. The complimentary breakfast served to us is very homely and tasty. The management staff of the property are very humble people. I would definitely recommend this stay to my friends and family.
