A stay to remember... Exceptional 10.0 We really enjoyed our stay at Calla Lily! The place was sparkling clean, and quite close to the lake. What we liked the most about the place was the food! We’ve been to many hotels/resorts and had the buffet and a la carte in several places, but nothing was comparable to this... Each meal felt like something you’d eat at home, prepared with care and love. After tasting the food they prepared, we rarely ate outside... You can even request a specific dish and they’re willing to prepare it for you. The staff - Utham, Santhosh, Bejoy, cook grandma - were so hospitable and treated us like their family members. One small minus I would say is that the toiletries, and guest amenities are a bit minimal and you have to request anything you’d like. Would request management to be a bit more generous with them 🙂 Besides that, it was one of the best stays we’ve had, and definitely would love to visit again 😊

A Heartwarming Stay The hospitality and service provided by Santhosh and Rejoy were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The room itself was beautiful. We couldn't get enough of the serene surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. But what really made our stay special was the food. Santhosh's culinary skills are top-notch, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were reminiscent of home-cooked food, and we felt like we were enjoying a meal prepared by a loving family member. From traditional favorites to innovative creations, every bite was a delight. Rejoy's guidance and assistance were invaluable throughout our stay. He was calm, composed, and always willing to help. He ensured that we had everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. What I appreciate most about Santhosh and Rejoy is their attention to detail and their commitment to providing exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family, and for that, we are truly grateful. If you're looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this room near the lake. Santhosh and Rejoy will make sure you have an unforgettable experience. I am just providing my experience at this place. This is a peaceful, calm and serene place. The property is excellent. My suggestion, book it from their website and don't use make my trip or other websites. Their team, including Rejoy, Santhosh and the Akka's are a super team. The big takeaway- the in-house food is so well-prepared. Don't bother yourself eating junk from outside. Order their breakfast lunch or dinner and enjoy your stay at Kodai. This is isn't underrated at all. This is an excellent boutique hotel at the price. Ample parking for around 4-5 big cars around the property.

My self and my wife stayed here from 28th September '2025 to October'02 2025.The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. They do not have a restaurant,but they have a kitchen and they take order and provide you food which is very fresh hot and very tasty. The lake is very near and there are lot of food options available. Mr Santosh,Mr Rijoy are super host and took care of all our requirements.They also arranged for local sight seeing. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Hotel is on great location. Main market is just 500mtrs away, this property is maintained verry well, staff is supportive and helpful, we had dosa and bread omelette in breakfast, chicken gravey with rice ans chapati in dinner, taste was superb they cook fresh meals hence order to be advised well before.

A Hidden Gem in Kodaikanal – Calla Lilly by the Brook 🌿🌸 We stayed at Calla Lilly by the Brook for 3 nights (11th to 14th July 2025), and it was a truly memorable experience! From the start, Mr. Santhosh ensured everything was smooth – right from guiding us on the E-pass requirements to having our room ready before arrival. This place is very close to the lake, just about 900 MTRS and walkable distance. I had informed him in advance that we were visiting for a vacation and to celebrate my wife Ashwini's birthday on July 13th. He went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday cake and making it a special day. His hospitality, attention to detail, and politeness are truly commendable. The breakfast was delicious – felt like home-cooked food! Even though it had to be pre-booked, it was totally worth it. Room service was prompt, and the overall stay was peaceful and relaxing. This property is quite new (just 3 months old), but they are already delivering exceptional service. I genuinely hope they grow and become a strong name among the top hospitality providers in Kodaikanal. Chottu in the pic with me.. for room service and housekeeping guy who helped in Cleaning, serving food and baggage handling. All in one. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cozy, warm, and well-managed getaway in the hills. Loved our stay here even though it was for a very short time, staff were extremely sweet. Food was delicious and home made. Value for money. Woke up to the view of a perfect kodaikanal farm with horses, ducks, sheep, goats and dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good. Its a new property, so they are doing their best to win customers. The rooms were clean but needed to be cleaned to perfection. For example, fridge needs to be cleaned from the inside. In-room refreshments such as tea n coffee varieties need to be increased. People come on holiday, so the hotel, of course, needs to make attempts to spoil their customers. Again, it's a good hotel to spend a couple of nights and I Am hoping my review will get the hotel to excel in its venture!
