We went in Sep. Off season. They gave us family suite for a very reasonable price. Room location and view outside was good. People working there were so polite and adhered to all requests. Dinner they prepared was tasty. Morning complimentary breakfast was also good. Overall, liked it. Good and safe place for family stay

I stayed at the New Carnival in Kodaikanal, which is a 3-star Hotel. The location is lovely, built facing the forest with refreshing views and a peaceful vibe. There's a decent parking space, which is a big plus. The food was tasty and well-prepared. It has a play area for kids as well. Overall, a pleasant stay with nature all around.

Excellent service! The staff were so helpful in multiple ways. We had booked 10 rooms there since we were on an outing with our extended family. They were so courteous and made our stay more than comfortable. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Except that the rooms are spacious and the food is really good. Everyone is super happy 😊. 5 stars for the staff

The rooms were good and the service was very good . Food tasted like home cooked meals . Mr Murali even supported for charging my e vehicle for overnight charging with help from my extension cable. EV car owners can select this hotel if they prefer overnight charging.

The rooms were neat and clean, moreover the room services by Mr.Balamurugan and his team were excellent. Their way of communication was really polite and no was never a reply. Overall it was a great experience and the views were astonishing in the balcony and the terrace. Food was also delicious and freshly prepared by themselves.
