I recently stayed at the July 17 Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful. Ideal for unwinding. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making my stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent service and rooms at very small prices ..there is a guy at reception, his name is Raghavendra, he is such a nice guy , welcomes us very warmy and took care of all our needs during our stay.

Rooms are overall good. One issue was the manager they have. He doesn't know Hindi/English (at all!!) and keep on giving weird expressions to us. Upon our multiple requests, he didn't provide towels to us, even though we stayed for 3 days. The geyser was also not working in one of the rooms we had.

Simple place, with big rooms and lots of space. It was cleaned, but it can be maintained better. The staff don't speak English, but they are helpful as they do their best to meet your needs. The negative part is that there is no shower, only a bucket, and no heater for the room whatsoever (and it was very cold and pouring water all the time).

It's a very nice place to stay. As the temperature outside is very cold the hotel provides warm rooms. I would recommend to go there.

Service is very poor because of Hot Water.. July 17 Residency is a Nice stay at all. But coming to the hot water facility is disappointing. Because they are not providing 24 Hrs or 12 Hrs hot water. You can only get 7 AM to 9 AM. Unfortunately, when we stayed, we got hot water only for 30 Minutes. So a very bad experience in that service.
