Room was same as described in the image, it was clean and well maintained. Support staff were humble and helpful.. It's located very near to Kodiakanal bus stop and market area, one can find cafe and restaurants nearby. Also, he has good contact of CAB service person name abdul hakim who provides cab at affordable prices.. Property has garden which is beautifully managed. One can order tea and coffee in room..

Had a very pleasant stay at 7 Road Resorts, Kodaikanal.from sep 6 to 9. The location is excellent with beautiful surroundings, and the staff were very supportive throughout our visit. The resort offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, making it an economic and family-friendly choice. Highly recommended for a peaceful holiday.

This inn is located in prime spot and it is near to main tourist spots & hotels. At Affordable price, they provide good service. You can get tea, coffee and hot water at any time but food is not available. Non availability of food won't be problem because near you have many restaurants at walking distance. 24hrs water heater you will get. Good spot to stay with family at affordable price.

We booked the hotel a day in advance, received a confirmed booking ID, and even called to reconfirm—the staff assured us the room was ready. Trusting that, our driver dropped us and left. But as soon as we entered, before we could even show our details, an elderly staff member bluntly said, “Rooms are full, go away.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If there was any issue with the booking, the hotel should’ve communicated it clearly in advance. Dismissing guests like this without explanation shows complete unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy.

Worst hotel management in the planet!! Called to their official phone number to book hotel..but they never receive the phone call and leave a message that says "sir, network issue, that's why texting you on WhatsApp " and then neither they text on WhatsApp nor they reply or call back . I think they are not actually interested to do business.. that's why they never take any initiative to take any booking.. Refrain from this hotel management.

Worst hotel owner on the planet, starts yelling at us in the lobby for requesting them to speak softer, they have posted a room right by the reception on booking websites. Be careful, false advertising on all websites. Bedsheets were also dirty.

Rooms are not maintained properly. They are not giving attention to the customers. Toilet floors are slippery. Not changing the fused lights, discharged remote batteries. Only if you compel and follow many times, they change. Utilizing the hill climate ands rains they are refused give towels. Only if customers ask, room will be cleaned. Surrounding ambience, distance from bus stand or seven Roads Junction, many Veg hotels are only the benefits to stay there. Otherwise not worth for what you pay.
