We took standard bedroom. All services are good. Balaji is good guy and he gave room 30 min before. Food we need to pay and eat. But food is limited menu however it will be homely food it will not hurt body. Room size is small not same as photo. But ok for couple and one kid. Hot water will come any time. Room lighting option need some improvement it was so dull. For sure best option for family stay budget friendly.

Very good experience. We stayed there for 3 days and it is awesome. Book deluxe room with balcony, so beautiful mountain views can able to see. Some tourist spots & restaurants are nearby walkable distance. Hotel Receptionists are also humble and kind.

Nice hotel at Kodaikanal near to the Bus Stand around 300 mtr. Attraction like Boating Point, Brayan Park, Market also not far away (200-400 mtr). Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. But it looks a bit old and requires some maintenance. Mountain view from 3rd floor is very beautiful. Restaurants service is not available but they provide some items on prior order. Good budget friendly hotel, location is also good. The surrounding area is quite.

Very shabby rooms. Mattresses are worn out and highly uncomfortable. Rooms do not preserve heat, so it gets pretty cold at night. Also, the ventilation is poor. No in house restaurant. Food and beverages made to order. Ordered coffee which was so disgusting that we did not have the courage to order anything else. Only female staff are there most of the times. So be prepared to carry your luggage while checking in and out. No view from the hotel.

Staff not interested to service. not allowed check in as per online booking, push to check out early. Old property not clean
