The rooms were quite good but could have been a little better. The staff here did a good job. The only thing I would like to share the water was not hot. But ok .. from here most of the spots are near from this place.. I'll give 3.5 starts to thiss...

A good hotel to stay at, offering the comfort and hygiene of a 5-star hotel while being a 3-star property. The key feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the chef and his team; we were served amazing food every time. We stayed for two nights, and every dinner we had was simply outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation.

Nice stay at a budget-friendly price, good to stay with friends and family. Calm and peaceful environment. Clean rooms, sanitized toilets and helpful staffs. Close to the lake. Hot water available in certain times. Free breakfast includes idli and plain dosa which is limited. Drawbacks: Tea is not included in free breakfast and they charged for it, and the blanket provided was dusty.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect—easily accessible and close to major attractions. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and tasted amazing. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Very bad experience It was horrific decision I’ve taken that to confirm booking for my guests on the 1st of June. I’ve seen the Google pictures and trusted those before booking the same. But it turned into a nightmare after seeing those rooms physically. Rooms were small, tiny and old. Water was coming in the bathroom was stinking and yellowish color. They even put pictures on Google for drivers parking. Which was again had no connection with the actual ones. Place was dirty, filthy and seemed like cleaning has not been done for years. Last but not the least, the staffs were rude and unaware of how to behave with the guests. It’s my humble request that please do not book this hotel especially by seeing fake pictures on Google.

Hot water available only in certain times also yesterday morning they had a issue providing hot water which made us delay, badd wifi, mid food, no -so-great lockers totally it's "meh"

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially for families and couples. The rooms are extremely unhygienic—dusty, unclean, and poorly maintained. The bed sheets and pillow covers had a terrible odor and looked completely unkempt. Service and maintenance are the worst we've ever seen. Despite being willing to pay extra for an upgrade, the so-called "deluxe" room was no different from the standard one—except for being on the first floor instead of the ground floor. The same poor hygiene and lack of upkeep were evident across all rooms. We wasted our money and had to check out within an hour. To make things worse, there was no refund from Yatra. This place is definitely not fit for a comfortable stay. Frankly, it seems like these rooms are only suitable for stag groups looking for a place to drink, not for travelers seeking a decent stay. Avoid at all costs!
