Worst hotel at Kodaikanal. The staff are only interested about money and not interested to serve customers. |I booked through an online portal and the first thing they wanted is the full payment. |The rooms are dingy, poorly lighted with no windows ( in the ground floor).

Absolutely disappointing stay. Despite having a confirmed two-day booking with full payment made online, the hotel owner informed us we needed to change rooms due to double booking. When we objected, the reception initially assured us we could stay. However, while we were out sightseeing, we received aggressive calls demanding immediate evacuation of the room. This unprofessional and chaotic management completely disrupted our vacation plans. We lost half a day of our precious holiday time and wasted fuel driving back and forth. The staff's harassment and poor communication reflect terrible management practices. Would strongly advise against booking this hotel to avoid similar distressing experiences.

We stayed here as a family for two times. We like this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is good. The location is good, it is inside the town and more restaurants are available. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

I would like to take a moment and appreciate the efforts of this lady hotel manager. Accidently we left a smart watch in the room, which was later safely kept by housekeeping. On reaching the hotel to get our watch, the lady manager made all attempts to search for our watch and finally told that housekeeping had it. But due to some reason housekeeping staff couldn’t reach on time and we had to leave for bangalore. The lady manager couriered us our watch to my home location and it’s damage free and safely reached to my house. Small gestures like this and safety measures by hotel staff is applaudable. Others hotel owners if in same situation would simply do not care about your belongings. Great service by the hotel.

One of the worst experiences one could ever get. Although the booking was confirmed by fab hotels, but when we arrived at the reception, we were denied stay. The reason they stated was they have no more tie up with the fab. Even the quality of the rooms, the reception, behaviour of the staff - were no were hospitable. My sincere request to all tourists would be to please omit this hotel is you are considering it while your stay here.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The hotel management was the worst I've ever seen. Despite booking and paying through FAB Hotel 10 days prior, the hotel staff claimed no acknowledgement of our reservation upon our arrival. When we reached out to both FAB Hotel and Madhu Residency staff for assistance, the hotel staff displayed rudeness towards them and us. They didn't even show us polite gestures just because we didn't make the booking directly and when we asked for last minute booking they were charging almost a triple amount of what we originally booked before. Which was not worth it. The rooms were too dirty like a garage and a bad smell was coming. I personally suggest not to go there.
