It was a wonderful experience. The resort had an absolutely beautiful view, the rooms were spacious and clean, and all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful in every way. And the best part was the food. There was a wide variety available, and it was all very tasty. Kudos to the whole team, and I hope Winterfeel continues to maintain these impeccable standards for years to come. Looking forward to coming back.

I recently stayed at Winterfeels Resort, Kodaikanal for 2 nights and 3 days as part of a bike ride group of around 65 people. Overall, the experience was above average, with some genuinely good aspects but also a few that need attention. What We Liked - The ambience is fantastic—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a calm getaway. - Since we visited during season time, we enjoyed beautiful fog for almost the entire stay (2 nights and 2 days). Only the last day was clear, which made the overall climate perfect. - The staff and management were friendly, patient, and helpful, especially considering we were such a large group. - The food was above average and generally enjoyable. Areas That Need Improvement Frequent Power Failures There were multiple short power outages, which might be common in hill stations.

Winterfeel Kodaikanal is one of those rare places that feels luxurious the moment you arrive. The resort’s architecture stands out beautifully — a blend of modern elegance and warm, earthy design that fits perfectly into Kodaikanal’s serene landscape. Every space feels thoughtfully crafted, from the grand lobby to the quiet corners around the property that let you soak in the surroundings. The views are simply breathtaking. Whether you’re sipping tea on the balcony or walking around the property, you get sweeping sights of hills, misty valleys, and the kind of greenery that instantly slows you down. Food is another highlight here. The in-house restaurant offers a great mix of local and global dishes, each plated with care and genuinely delicious. It’s one of those places where you look forward to every meal.

One of the best places I have stayed. Great people, delicious food and an excellent stay! Clean room was a highlight. Big shout out to the staff like Charles Sir in the restaurant with his beautiful smile and kind nature, Vincent with his fabulous customer service and communication skills and Saniya who with her lovely personality who won my daughter's heart! Definitely will recommend this place! Very close to all the beautiful sights in Kodai!

Extremely beautiful rooms and the service person’s behaviour are too good. The location is also easy to find and they guided very well. We are really enjoyed the resort and climate. We have spend time in club house played more i personally enjoyed lot. Mary mam was called and ensure the we comfortable and she is took care of us.

On 3rd November we had a wonderful experience at Winterfeel located in Kodaikanal .The resort was surrounded by lush greenery and offered a peaceful escape from the busy city life. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly with refreshing drinks and friendly smiles, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony . GRE Ms. Mary and GSA Ms.Sania are very helpful and supportive. Their service is very fantastic and amazing. Still we can’t forget their smiley face and very active roles.

The property winterfeel valley is extremely good and well maintained. The rooms are very well made and maintained well. The staffs is excellent and very very efficient. Lot of good staff maintain spotless. Mary was very friendly and always smiling with help a lot. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our stay extremely.

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were great for kids. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel's location was ideal. We'll definitely come back! Especially Mary was as like a family member bonding thanks for all.
