THE JACKS HILLTOP RESORT KODAI

I recently stayed at The Jacks Hilltop Resort in Kodaikanal, and overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved. The best part of the stay was definitely the location — the resort sits right on top of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Waking up to the mist and fresh air felt amazing. It’s very peaceful and away from the main crowd, so perfect if you want a quiet getaway.

The stay was superb. Especially the receptionist jothi, he was superb in hospitality. The rooms were so neat and clean. Hot water was available even at 2 am in the morning. Rates of the room was very affordable. I didn't have food from there. So no comments on that. The stay was superb

The view from room is awesome. Thts the reason i gave 1 star. The food is really good. And the service is excellent. ❤️ Parking is good and easy to park. Road is nice to reach. Bad part is : The rooms are really bad. And the bed is not good. The additional bed that they gave is like a wooden plywood. You can use this to make boat go to kodai lake. The blanket is very bad. The master bed is so small and round. Not at all comfortable to sleep. Room is ok and spacious. If you are planning with frnds dont go. If you are family you may consider. We booked suit room.

I was stayed here 3 days along with family. It was a very good stay. Pros: 1. Each and every Staff is very friendly and responsive. 2. Pleasant view from Room. 3. Made food as per requirements, and it's too tasty. 4. Very calm location. 5. Every night Campfire 🔥 enjoyed a lot.. Cons: 1. Vehicle is mandatory to reach hotel. 2. It suggestible fix some lights at last curves of road near to hotel. Overall had a very g experience to stay here...

My stay at The Jacks Hill Top Resort in Kodaikanal was an unforgettable experience. The serene location provides the perfect escape from the chaos of city life, making it an ideal choice for couples, families, and solo travelers seeking peace and relaxation.||The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The large windows allowed natural light to pour in and offered stunning views, especially during sunrise. The staff was incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly added to the comfort of our stay.||The in-house restaurant served delicious food, featuring a variety of local and continental dishes. We especially enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast and evening bonfire sessions arranged by the resort.

I really enjoyed my stay here — the location and view are absolutely beautiful, perched right on top of the hills. However, keep in mind that the slope is quite steep, so if you don’t have a vehicle or if your vehicle isn’t in good condition, it might be difficult to reach. The room itself is small, but the room service is good. The previous hosts were very kind and made me feel at home. One thing to note: the drinking water provided was not very hygienic, so you may want to bring your own bottled water.

Location is somewhat interior. Only those with their own vehicles can reach the place. Staff were friendly and courteous especially the one at the reception. There is a delay in delivering food at night. Above all rooms should be allocated for the drivers. He suffered a lot. Otherwise view is great.

One of the finest and budget-friendly stay in Kodaikanal! The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable hotel.
