OYO SLR Homes

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with MakeMyTrip and Oyo Rooms. Never book through these platforms if you expect any level of assurance that you’ll actually get a room. The hotel authorities blatantly refuse your booking, claiming they have no association with Oyo or MakeMyTrip, despite you having a confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, the Oyo representatives will wash their hands of the issue, offering zero support. Imagine traveling all the way from the Kodaikanal bus stand only to be stranded because your booking is denied—it's beyond frustrating. You're left with no options, completely stuck and helpless. This kind of experience is unacceptable for any traveler. Avoid booking through MakeMyTrip or Oyo at all costs if you don't want to ruin your trip.

Worst stay I ever had. No proper response, no food available, far from City centre, hot water is a big problem. No proper Wi-Fi. What not..... it's very pathetic stay.

Don't book this hotel, chances are you'll be wasting your money, we'll hate Kodaikanal if you look at the location.
