"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sharia rooms . They canceled our booking at the last minute without any prior notice, leaving us completely stranded. To make matters worse, they never informed us about any payment requirements beforehand. Their website clearly states 'pay at property,' so we were shocked when they claimed they needed payment in advance. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable, and it completely ruined our travel plans. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service or honest communication

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the subpar customer service. Despite the hotel's promising amenities and location, the staff's attitude and responsiveness left much to be desired.

The rooms were near and clean. It was suitable for a couple. But the price was a bit expensive. The location was not that good. Parking cars are not suitable. Ambience needs to be better since it doesn't have windows the smell keeps on circulating inside. But hot water is awesome. Service was too good and he welcomed us with a good gesture.

I recently stayed ain the hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the management was exceptionally humble and nice. One of the best things about the room was the consistent hot water, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect as it was close to many of the tourist attractions in Kodaikanal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a budget-friendly stay with wonderful amenities and a gracious staff. Overall, a fantastic experience!

One of the worst property don't have the basic necessities like the windows and if you book on this hotel you will suffer as there is no ventilation which will leads to Suffocation and property owner target is only to collect the money without fulfil the guest requests. This property is NOT SUITABLE to stay with the kids and elder people, The owner is money minded as i explained to him the property don't have the lack of facilities like property located in downhill, roads are broken, Very uncomfortable to load the luggage stuffs and reach the property, Not suitable for kids and elder people, After explaining the issues to the property owner, He refuse to refund the money even though we made the checkout on first day itself where our stay is for 3 day. For sake of money, Don't ever book on this hotel later on you will suffer a lot. I PREFER TO GIVE NO STAR 🌟 BUT DUE TO UNAVAILABLE OF OPTION I GIVE 1 STAR. WORST ACCOMMODATION IN KODAIKANAL

Frauds Don’t get cheated by them. Room ceiling was full water leakage in all rooms after checked in we saw that and reported them the issue. They not accept the issue and arguing about that. And for 10 minutes they charged 800₹.

The room is fully covered by water markes and no ventilation facility, please I won't prefer it. The owner will be money digger first money and then check in

The location of the hotel is bit difficult to find but the hotel has a mountain view and rooms are very clean and neat.The manager is very cool person and their services are really good .
