My recent stay in this charming accommodation was a delightful experience, characterized by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Despite the slightly bumpy journey due to the road conditions leading to the accommodation, the destination proved to be well worth the effort. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The lack of hot water in the bathroom until 8 am due to power issues was an inconvenience, particularly in the cooler mornings. Additionally, the initial malfunctioning water kettle, though promptly replaced by the staff, was a minor hiccup in an otherwise seamless stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value for the price was undeniable. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the mesmerizing view and comfortable accommodations, created a truly memorable experience. With a few improvements to the service, such as ensuring consistent access to hot water and meticulously checking the functionality of in-room amenities, this accommodation would easily earn top marks. The staff's responsiveness in addressing the kettle issue was commendable, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction. The service was ultimately good! The staff were so polite and even helped during an emergency 🙏. Getting there was a bit tricky though, and parking was a challenge. Economy rooms were compact and the bathrooms felt a little snug.

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The views were breathtaking, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, helping with anything we needed. The parking facilities were well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The only drawback was the route to the hotel, which had quite a few curves, but it was worth it once we arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel has a good view and the rooms are pretty decent. Food is pretty good and its provided at reasonable price. Tea quality could have been better. Camp fire is being setup everyday which is good. Nazeer bhai has personally taken care of the guests well. Bus timing provided here is correct and plan your travel accordingly

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this resort. Unfortunately, we didn't end up staying due to the subpar room conditions and filthy bathroom. The room was not well-maintained, and the bathtub was particularly disturbing – it was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Given the poor state of the room and bathroom, we decided it was best not to stay. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of their rooms.

I booked a stay here for two days and paid the advance. After we reach there the receptionist forced us to extra 3000/- saying we only have hilltop rooms, I asked him why didn't you inform me when I paid the advance. He literally forced us to pay the whole, we had a 6 months baby and it was late so we didn't have choice. Food: It's worst and very late in service, taking 2 hours to prepare. Highly not recommended!

The overall experience for stay was just average. We had a 2 day stay in jacks hill top resort. I will give the detailed explanation. 1. Rooms- 3/5, clean but without any facility, if one room has kettle, others doesn’t, even they didn’t provided any toiletries, we had to ask for it repeatedly. 2. Service- 1/5, If you want a comfortable stay, don’t book this place. The service is poor. We didn’t even get our breakfast after waiting till 9am, after that we had to leave to visit places. 3. Hot water: 1/5, most of the times there gyser was not working. 4.Location- 4/5, location was the only reason to stay at the place.

The hotel location is a very awesome place with beautiful view. We enjoyed the stay. The place is hygienic and comfortable and recommended for families to enjoy the stay.Food was also good and affordable.
