Please do not go here. I was shown 3 rooms. All of them were dirty, the walls were covered in finger prints, hand prints and smears of lipstick. The bed linen, mattress and pillows were stained. As a solo female traveller for business I did not feel safe so I did not stay the night. There were a lot of men hanging around in the hotel inside some very dirty rooms covered in take away food containers.

The hotel management has to take some serious steps to improve the staying experience. The rooms are not clean, AC is not cooling and the rest rooms are not clean. Not advisable to stay there for family or business trips

A very worst and unsafe place to stay..i had booked a room at this OYO for an overnight stay through the OYO website. However, when I checked in, the receptionist asked me for an additional fee for check-in. They insisted that without paying this additional cost, I wouldn't be allowed to stay.they spoke very rude to me. a very very dangerous place to stay please don't go there and don't book through Oyo especially

#Not Recommended: I had booked a room at this OYO for an overnight stay through the OYO website. However, when I checked in, the receptionist asked me for an additional fee for check-in. They insisted that without paying this additional cost, I wouldn't be allowed to stay. They also suggested I could cancel the OYO booking and receive a refund. Is this the right way to communicate with guests, especially at night? As middle-class individuals, we choose OYO for its affordability. Despite being pressed for time and with no other options, I reluctantly paid the additional amount and checked in. Dear friends, I advise against choosing this OYO for your stay.

Terrible service and unclean toilets. I checked in and made the payment during the checkin. Once I entered the room I could see that the toilets were not cleaned for ages and noticed the dim light in the room was not working. So I called the guy who allowed me in and asked him to fix the light and clean the toilet. They were trying to move the beds and table to climb up to fix it. So I asked them to give me a different room where the light is already working and hopefully a clean toilet too. To which the staff angrily told me he cannot give me another room and that I have to adjust with what I got. I asked him why he showed anger to me to which he replied I should use whatever is provided to me by the hotel b

Cosy and affordable. Room in a good condition with a comfy bed and clean linen. Air conditioning needs a bit of servicing, but works fine for now. Lights, fan and switches were in proper good condition. A bit turned off by the bathroom due to lack of proper toiletries. Should be making sure to refill the bathing liquid soap and conditioners and whatever is to be supplied for a bath. All bathroom wares should have been properly sterilized before being handed over to us. All in all, a fine experience with less complaints.

Staff would not agree to price you may have booked online and then you will not be left with much option. Lacked the basic hospitality ask like no towels,handwash or water in room . Everytime I had to ask them for small small things and later they fulfilled it. They dont even have any spoon or plates to help, neither moquito repellent.

Top quality service provided in this very hotel, with friendly staffs.Kovalam beach is only 5kms from this place and the climate here is fantastic.Talking about the facilities, this is a budget friendly hotel with impeccable amenities which are well maintained. The rooms are very clean. Overall a wonderful experience. P.S :- Outside food not allowed here, so one should order from their menu
