Sudarshan Complex Hotel

The rooms aren't great. The toilets aren't in a great condition, the towels have stains, the bedsheets and spreads also aren't entirely clean. The only positive is the caretaker who was always available and ready to help.

Whenever i travel to thiruvarur i make it a point to stay at this hotel as it is very close to the Thyagaraja Temple,Thiruvarur. This hotel is in the second floor of Sudarshan Complex opposite to the RTO, office, which is about 1.5 km from the Bus Stand and Railway station. All the rooms have airconditions and the room are very tidy. Different types of rooms are available, like, double bed, family rooms and suites. All rooms are very comfortable and very spacious. Toilets are well maintained and very clean, the room is furnished well with Flat TV with cable connection. As the hotel is close to both temple and bus stand this could be your preferred stay point at Thiruvarur whien you go next. ||||Pros : location, service, roomquality and value for money||||Cons:No restaurant is attached and very few bell boys.

Hotel was located in thiruvarur main area just around the thiyagarajar temple. Hotel was kept very clean. They offer English and tamil newspapers to read. The hotel people are nice. It's a nice place for short stays. The hot water tap is not really offering the hot water rather it's not just cold. The western toilet in the bathroom was not fit well. Towels have been provided only when asked.

Stayed for a day. It is located near old bus stand just 1km walkable distances. The service and response is not good. 1. Room is too small (here only two people allowing not like other hotel three persons can't stay) 2. When we asked for extra bed and blanket not provided after argument only bed they provided. It's very bad in all places they provide extra bed and blanket. 3. Only two charge point, only one you can use if you want to charge. One was in center of the wall no table or stand to keep. So it useless. 4. Hot water is coming in both tap hot and cold. If you want to use cold, you can't use. I don't know how it messed up.

Good stay near temple. Basic Budget hotel. Budget Eateries and bus stop available around the corner. Mosquitoes are there, but okay. no water bottle or soap or towels provided. okay for a night stay.

More than a kind of lodge than a hotel. External appearance was good. Service and the behavior of the staff was okay. The place is a little dusty, but the connectivity is very good as it is situated near the bus stand and restaurants.

A good place to be in, Actually is close to the temple which makes it much more desirable. Room slots are limited so booking a week before is recommended.

Only positive thing is Budget Friendly Hotel . Rooms are not maintained properly. Bathroom maintenance is poor. With less availability of Hotels in Thiruvarur people have no choices left than to choose this.
