Room are good, neat and clean as well. Cost is also fine. Only one thing, lift was not available. Normal days it was fine. But after doing Giri pradakshana, I felt lift was a mandate thing. Expect that every things is fine.

We recently stayed at Sesha residency and had positive experience. The property offered good value for money. Strategically located between temple and ashrams. The room cleanliness was top notch . Mr Manikandan and staffs were attentive and provided friendly service. We will definitely comeback and recommend.

Very pleasant experience. Room is spacious enough for a couple and 2 kids, if needed they provide extra mattress. Rooms and washrooms are clean and AC is working fine and hot water is available. Manager is friendly and supportive. When we want to book local cabs, he suggested not to go for local cabs and he booked a cab through local online app which is half of the price. Even the attender is also good. He helped in moving our luggage and when we asked for towels and water bottles in midnight, he immediately brought it to our rooms. In other hotels, when we check out they chase us for tips. But surprisingly he didn't ask us.

Very friendly and budget place. Staff was very helpful and informative. Will stay there again when visiting Tiruvannamalai. Good wifi.
