No parking facilities.. parking the car in the streets and disturbing the near by

Pros - Easily accessible, Very near to thiruvannamalai bus depot, rooms are neatly maintained, proper response even during late night, room services, accomodation are at decent rates. Cons - No lift, car parking is to be done in main road, advance booking during important days is must due less no. of rooms, since the building is inbetween apartments not much spacious to have an ambience feel. "Recommended for staying alone" GOOD

Very very poor service . If you book through oyo then you will be in trouble. Managers and hotel guys are disrespectful and also when you reach hotel and say you have booked through online then they will say ROOMS ARE FULL and we don't have any rooms and shout at us saying they can't allocate rooms for online payment. After long struggle complaining to oyo we got rooms. Very worst service and also rooms are very tidy . Bed sheets are used bed sheets and also bathroom is not at all clean. Don't book this hotel in thiruvanamalai.

Very cramped, spooky business and narrow corridors. We had a confirmed OYO booking, which the Manager and Hostess readily declined to honor as there were other guests willing to pay higher at the counter. We were literally shown the road by Universal residency. Please reconsider and would never recommend for stay if you are with family. Hostile Manager !

Worst behaviour. Denied to give room after online payment and booking. If you book a room here they will grab all your things and pull out with your underwear. Fully money minded. They will ask Rs.1000 extra with your online booking.

No worth, no lift if you ask abt lift receptionist will give satirical answer. yh and alcohol smell in rooms. Always look for money. No hot water and water coming from tap like kids pee. They didn't not respect for customer I don't recommend for family

Booked through OYO nice and decent rooms, but dnt have lift facility all other things are good near to Tiruvanamalai Bus Stand 500mts and also near to railway station and appx 1 km to Sri Arunchaleswara Temple.

The worst customer service , I ve booked through oyo app for 12 hrs package ( from night 12:00 to morning 11:am)but when I check in ,I was asked to pay 1580 + 600 for one extra person ,but the oyo app shows no extra charges only Rs 1280/- luckily I ve made payment while booking and got my payment details with me even after that argument he demands and got that extra 600 rupees by taking advantage of late night . *Rooms are fine but lodge ve four floors no lift ,no car parking also Google map or oyo direction It'll take you to the thiruvannamali income tax office it has to be rectified...
