Kala Residency

Initially I don't saw the review about this hotel, from bus stand 1 Autowaala came and suggested this hotel for me. Worst Hotel, Rooms are not cleaned but very Expensive, Bathroom are very Dirty and Bad smell.AC and water geyser Switches are controlled by receptionist, If you want AC , Geyser just call to the receptionist and begs like a beggars for every hour, Bedsheets are not provided, Receptionist behaviour is Rude, it's for 24 hrs Price if you completed your 24hrs quota automatically power is off even the people don't wait 5 to 10 minutes, Your 24 quota is completed then the hotel staff throw your luggage out side .If you take 1hr extra then you have to pay 200 per every hour. Please don't go there.

Very worst lodge I have ever seen they are charging 1800 per day for non AC room. For extra 2 hours again 1800 charging and there is no proper heater facility no proper clean bathroom there is big bug around very rude staff especially the old fellow and the black boy I don't think so this all knows by owner and they give commission for auto people for rs 200 per room

Worst rooms don't take auto vala suggestions go with other room services you can find very good far better than this wrost hotel and they did not even have any room service and the reception person was very rude as well for one hour extra they have taken 2000 extra as well I SUGGEST YOU NOT GO WITH THIS HOTEL

Hi Sir/Madam, Me and my family members were stayed for last 3 days ( 8, 9,10 ,11 September 2024 ) Our money Rs.4000 has been lost from our wallet. We are sure that, we never used that amount. We kept it safely in our wallet in the room and went for worship to the temple. Today morning we checked out our room . Later during our travel we found that our money 4000 has been lost. We unable to come back and check CCTV footage now as we are traveling to our native. We are completely trusting you that you will be helping me to get an exact cause. First I congratulate everyone , Because if you arrived thiruvannamalai or planning to come thiruvannamalai means your going to experience major shift in your life . May the annamalayar blessings fulfill you and your family ... Now will come to the Topic . Kala Residency is the lodge which is located near temple . But the distance was around 800m from the temple. Rooms was not so good . It was looking so congested and the bathroom was also not well maintained . So we complaint about this to receptionist and told that we will see other places and come . But the receptionist stopped us and say ... 'We have special deluxe rooms ,you will definitely like that . Just see once ' we also agree to his words and visit that deluxe room at the top of the building . As he said the room was quite good compared to other rooms they have . So we booked that room and stayed here for 2 days . Highlighted things: -The room was clean -Bathroom also well maintained -Top view was really awesome ,you will see the front portion of annamalayar temple gopura and the entire mountain -Most affordable Price compared to other lodges near temple . Worst Things: -TV was not working ,but they don't say that prior -Power Cut problem ,No generator . -Don't buy parcel tea or coffee with their service boy . If you give amount for one parcel .He will pour it in a small cup and go away .

At pournami tiruvanamalai will be full of rush at midnight luckly I got the stay at kala residency but they charged little more than normal days over all I will recommend this residency a walkable distance to temple

Bed looks very clean but its very itchy, maybe bedbugs. Toilet is not clean and water leaking. Room unfinished and expensive.

Very bad experience and worrest management electric items r not working properly and no service available harsh behaviour to the customer's.....😶☠️☠️
