Terribly disappointed! They confirmed my booking on an app and also confirmed the same via text msg separately. Shocked later, only to know upon reaching there, we were told rooms not available. This is not a good business ethics. Close your availability on online apps if you're full. Don't spoil the name and fame of good apps if you do not know how to manage bookings via those. Response: I received not a single call from your hotel prior to arrival. Instead of preaching me, practice good business ethics. I have travelled in many countries, this is my first such worst experience.
