Outstanding Experience at Hotel Kass – A Birthday party to Remember! We have recently hosted a birthday celebration in Hotel Kass, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The banquet hall was absolutely stunning — elegant décor, perfect lighting, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. What truly stole the show, though, was the food. All our guests truely appreciated the food.Every dish served was a masterpiece — flavorful, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. From the starters to the desserts, the variety was impressive and catered to all taste buds. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation showed the kitchen's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, ensuring that every guest felt special and well taken care of throughout the event. Food was good. Not a wowww but good. We ordered lemon coriander soup, kurkure paneer and paneer biryani.. lemon coriander soup was full of garlic. It would have been better if they called it garlic soup. Starters were good and biryani ok. Apricot delight was the cherry on the cake. It was yummy with the right amount of sugar. Neither too sweet nor too less. Service was pathetic. No one was in a mood to attend. Delayed service and not prompt. Ambience was quiet and friendly.

We recently hosted a beautiful occasion at KASS banquet hall, and the experience was truly exceptional! The venue was impeccably clean throughout the event, and the supervisor ensured seamless service. Our guests raved about the food! Very Disappointed – Bad Experience Tried the Button Dum Biryani at Hotel Kass and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The taste was average, but worse — it led to food poisoning shortly after. This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hope the management takes immediate action to improve food quality and safety standards.

Yesterday i went to kass hotel as husband bdy biryani good but starter was to salty and quantity is too less for the price and in biryani they r serving one piece for premium as it's 2 piece if asked only they served my husband missed after coming home .

The food quality has degraded quite a bit. Pepper chicken was spoilt and deep fried. Fry piece biryani has all bones including neck bones. Mutton isn’t cooked well. We had good experience before and we gave it multiple chances. Not ordering or going here anymore

Food in kaas family restaurant is awesome and really tasty. We ordered for soups, starter (paneer and prawn). Rice, tomato dal, chicken biryani , buttermilk and lassi. However, as i am taking less oily food so felt little oil is more in starter. Restaurant ambience and staff behaviour is good.
