OYO 39319 Sri Krishna Grand

One of the worst hotels i have ever seen. Awful facilities - There is no Air conditioning, no geyser, landline phone wasn't working, no water in washroom, bathroom wasn't clean. Couldn't watch TV as there is no cable / Tata sky connection. I opted for breakfast at the hotel, but there is no such provision at the hotel. Lift is broken and one has to take stairs. Hotel manager's behaviour is awful. Manager doesn't care if i stay at the hotel, or cancel the booking. Oyo and MakeMyTrip should look look into this issue and make sure such hotels are not listed in their apps.

Hotel is average but there are bad room service experience. Tv only free to air channels providing. Not cleanliness shedule properly. Room attendant addressing two hotels at same time accordingly. In rain water pouring in the room throw glass sliding window. I didn't get even a single day of lift working in 10 days stay. It always out of order.

Untidy, Oyo should remove the pictures that they uploaded in their app. It's all different from what u see in Oyo. I booked 3X room but receptionist tried to convenence that they have only 2x room. Later when I tried to complaint to customer service, they allowed 3x room. No neatness, pan spilt all over. No hot water. No bedsheets change. No drinking water. Window glasses have pan spilt.

Worst behavior.. Not even considering customers. I have booked rooms an hour before check in and done online payment for the bookings. But they denied my booking due to payment issue with OYO. They asked me to cancel from my side at the time of checkin, where I will be charged for cancellation. Those MANAGEMENT are very irresponsible. They disconnected my calls while speaking.

Very bad stay ... no lock in the room.. no hot water facility.. no electricity back up.. no management cooperation.. not ready to go with online booking.. no breakfast provided even paid the amount in online booking.. really very bad experience

I don't even want to give a single star.... As it was the worst hotel I have ever experienced... The TV, AC, neither landline is working.... It was all dusty... The doors are not being locked properly... Neither the service is gud... Nor the hotel manager behavior... They don't even ask u for water.... Sometimes they stop providing water for washroom purpose.... Please please please don't visit this hotel.... U wl regret

The worst hotel experience, this shouldn't even be considered as a OYO or a hotel. Its not even a fully constructed building, rooms are dusty, AC is of no bloody use, doors can't be locked, the worst place ever

The room are not clean, to much noise, TV not work, very small room, window in the room are broken Not good to stay in this hotel.
