Capital O 11233 Krs Nest Luxury Rooms

Please do not get trapped with their false promises specially if you are looking for any outstation guest's stay or any function arrangements. They will nod their head in yes for each and everything but on the date of stay you will feel angry when you find nothing is going as per their agreement. I was feeling guilty in front of my guests and relatives for each and everything. They made me pay higher but still after that no service at all. Even if you pay higher prices for stay, you have to adjust in many things. It is very easy for them to make false promises which they are going to ignore completely later. Staffs are very rude and they will be keep changing. You will check and make arrangements in advance with one person but you will not find them on the date of stay or function. Then you have to adjust with their unfair demands and very bad services. No one in the hotel is calm and polite, even the owner is so rude. Please think many times before selecting this hotel.

I think one rating was also very high , absolutely worst behaviour by the staff I reached hotel at 11 pm , no one was there , no phone number , no bell , nothing , I booked hotel in make my trip app , after a very valuable time of 33 minutes one room service boy came down and then I asked why there is delay , he answered very rudely ( I don't given u the room go... ) Pls don't book these type of worst hotels, how can the management hire those type of employees I don't understand

Receptionist behavior and response is not good only service of room boys are good....
