Each room door has two way looking glass. That was super uncomfortable to me. Service and room facilities are poor as compared to the tariff. No in - room refrigerator, tv but without paid channels. Only a soap in the name of toilet kit. Hotel management doesn’t bother to inform about complementary breakfast. Complementary breakfast only has idli and poori in options. Location is very chaotic especially at morning and evening time. Hotel reception is as cold as stone. No smile in face to welcome guests. One question only in case of doubt of occupancy “which room you are from?”. C’mon showoffs you are not at the reception of mariott and I was not there to stay for free. You have charged 600 INR EXTRA for early check-in. I have stayed in holiday inn, lemon tree, novotel to name a few and nowhere there is a concept of early check in fee. Have some shame while doing this kind of business . All and all a total waste of money to stay in this hotel.
