No complementary water bottle, bedsheets have holes, lamp doesn’t work. Not a pleasant experience. I am staying here mainly due to location.

Good stay overall! There's no option to rate 3.5, so i am giving 3. The room i got has ants all over the floor when i opened the door. The staff was helpful. For a North Indian like me, there's nothing to watch on TV as most of the channels are regional. Breakfast was just okay.

The worst experience ever i had in oyo is this one. They charge extra for everything. There are cockroach all over the room and lizards. Total zero neatness. The receptionist dipil😡😡🤬 he is such a bad person. He was asking me to pay extra for no reason and was talking rudely. The washroom was not even cleaned and didn't even provided toiletries. Very poor maintenance I won't suggest to stay here.

Incomplete hotel facilities. Room services below par. Irresponsible late and highly casual attitude of staff and reception. Facilities not up to mark. In my room television never worked despite several requests/complains to OYO. Geyser never worked as well. Requests for cup plates water were not dealt in a timely manner. Needed to call them several times. Best part is they don't even give a damn.

Not at all a good experience .if you are checking in early then you have to pay 500 rs. No good room service the receptionist ladies will be always on mobile watching movies and time pass . You guys need to work on customer service . A single water bottle is also over priced. No tea or food facilities in the hotel . Out side around 200 mts you will get good food . Hotel rooms are good but toilteres should be mentained well

Good for family/bachelor stay. Affordable stay prices. Near to hi-tech city. Near to metro station too. Many shops as restaurants, cafe, inorbit mall, medicals store are close to this hotel. Food service is also good. Management is little lazy but service is good. Cleanliness is maintained well by management.

I had very bad experience at the hotel. This hotel have all the promises being good but i had very worst experience there. The receptionist dilip was very rude and arogant with the customers. His behaviour towards customer is not at all good. Even their hospitality is worst. If you are booking to stay at the hotel i will definitely not suggest this hotel.

Could have been a great place but management is not existent. Simple things spoil the entire experience - like light not working, no knob installed on the bureau, door key jamming. Which takes minor effort, but remain unchecked & unfixed before a customer checks in...
