Hotel MN Grand

Worst Room I have ever stayed. Smelly dirty Bedsheets and towels. Broken health faucet and wash basin tap. Water spilling to room from Bathroom under the door. Power failure multiple times. Worst food served as complementary breakfast, that too in a dirty chai flask and dirty plates.

First off the rooms were dirty at the time of check in . As soon as we entered we noticed stains on the sheets and cob webs on the wall. Dont even get me started on the washrooms, the seat on the toilet wasn't even fixed to commode. Staff was kind n all but the service isn't quick. Requested water which never came, requested plates for which i had to go down to reception and get myself. The only positives for me were the AC was working well, the price is good and its close to the airport.

Checked in in the morning for the previous day booking but the room provided was too shabby. Firstly reception person in early morning shift was not a professional. The bathroom of the room was very dirty and it was not cleaned properly after the previous guest left. Then the toilet was without a seat to sit. Then no flush was working. All other taps were too loose. On complaining, i was told that that is the only room they have. Having paid full payment thru MMT, did not know as what to do and where else to go at 5 am in the morning. Otherwise also i was going to check out in a couple of hours. It was the worst and horrible experience for me. Don't know as why they offer rooms online if they can't even provide the basics.

Service was so poor as room is not as expected.. Smelled very bad... As washroom so dirty.... No water bottle offered.. Asked for charges for water... As i was came by 12 in night and dinner i have paid already but no meal from there side... Its 2 times the room booked but no any customer service or help from oyo side. So poor experience as ever

Am writing this review on mid night 1am am not getting sleep😞😞 already killed 25 mosquitoes😞😞 pathetic. Booked through oyo no towel no soap nothing is available 😞😞😞 counting seconds to escape from this worst place

Worst hotel I have ever seen. My compulsion was that I checked in late night so no other option to move on. After check out I gave feedback on OYO app with 1 star rating, then I m getting a call from hotelier "why you have given 1 star rating, if our hotel was not good then why did you stay there" he was so rude and instead of improvement he has miss behaved. Oyo should remove such hotels from there panel.

My rating would be minus five, poorest in everything ranging from size of room, poor cleanliness, dirty bedsheet and covers, dirty washroom, even the staff behaviour is not professional
