Folks don't fall prey to the 4 star ratings. It's all paid promotions, in actuality this hotel is neither good in terms of hospitality nor in terms of infrastructure. You can wonder why the receptionist is arguing with you for no reason and pests and stinky rooms will welcome you on a bad note. So better stay away from this hotel if you want a pleasant stay

I booked a hotel room 15 days ago, when I went to the hotel, I noticed the following defects.. 1. As soon as I fixed the sheet, I found a condom there, I complained to the employee and threw it away... 2. After that I went to sleep and there was no small light then I complained and they gave the same evasive reply. 3. When I started the geyser for bathing in the morning, electric current (earthing) was coming from it and water was not coming, again I complained, I got the same reply that I am sorry. 4. I ordered breakfast and was told that there is no chef in our hotel It is only a loot of money, nothing else

Staff, service and location was outstanding. Neat and clean apartment. Homely atmosphere and budget friendly. Room and toilet was clean but commode was a little dirty. I wish to visit again

We spent five nights here for my personal things and everything was excellent and location is very close to my destination.As will as the room and all very comfortable and definitely recommended to my friends and family . Only one issue the hotel staff they charge for water bottles without given and we won’t argue with them and pay for it. Kindly advice and teach them how to behave with customer.

Rooms need disinfected for cocroses and white wash. Bed sheets and pillow covers are very old and torn. Desk staff and hospitality is top notch.

Bathroom was very clean but bed sheets were little dirty . Rooms and facilities were very good. Compared to other hotels in Hyderabad this was the best hotel I had stayed and I would definitely be staying here the next time I visit Hyderabad

The worst hotel with dirty rooms, bedsheets and towels. When I asked them to change them they had the audacity to say that they don't have spare bedsheets and the customers dirty them. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Even after multiple requests there was no one to listen either at the hotel, or fabhotels or MMT... Not sure why they don't have a zero star. Seemed to be a more shady hotel which I wouldn't recommend at all

Bedsheets are not cleaned and very unhygienic in the room lot of 🪳 Feb team has to maintain the property in well condition.not happy with the room and service
