Very bad rooms waste of money no facilities no service hopeless place

The hotel is ok ok , no doubt costly but in this area it might be the cheaper one except the capital height hotel. Cleaning is not good , the bathroom is not that much clean but yes manageable. Drinking water is available. Staff is good no doubt. Overall this area is costly.

The worst experience I ever had. Never ever dare to go to this hotel. I went with family on 8th June'23 and had to face ugly situation with untidy room and worst is the bathroom. We couldn't stay even for 15 mins inside the room so horrible it was! Even then the hotel staff including the owner refused to pay back the amount. Since it's sheer cheating to loot customers this way, I had to call the local police to sort out the mess and finally made them return the full amount!

Worst experience. A hotel where basic amenities are not provided like blancket. I had a patient with me. The excuse was that the laundry will give it by evening but it never came. But after seeing the reviews maybe i am not the only one Would have given zero star if posibble. First impression is last impression. Would never visit this hotel. And i paid 1500 for this room.

The hotel was under renovations and the manager offered me to have a look at the room before checking in. I had 3 bags and didn't want to start looking for another hotel, since I booked this one through Booking. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, no running water, no shower although the room was advertised as having a shower! The manager wouldn't give me a blanket and a towel - all those issues are because "the hotel is under renovations". The staircase was with no light, floor tiles or rail - very dangerous!!! such a hotel shouldn't be hosting people, I think it just shows the greediness of the manager! the manager would only refund me 420 rs. instead of the 520 rs. I paid due to the fee he has to pay once I have checked in and it is not refundable. bad experience!!

Never ever go to this hotel.. btw, this is not hotel.. can consider it less than a dormitory lodge, you can get such rooms for 200/300. This fellow will charge you 2k, mostly this business runs with local autorickshaw scamsters.. Here the worst and mada*c**** is that tall reception guy.. knock him out as soon as you see him

Worst hotel ever visited, saw pictures in OYO app and booked but, place is completely opposite and no lift working condition. Zero response from staff and rude. Toilet flush is not working. Bed sheet is not hygiene and untidy. A/C is not working. No one in lodge doesn’t know Telugu. Small room.

I never seen this type of hotel in my life. Don't come this hotel. OYO number 83571 hotel meredian grand I paid almost Rs.2000 for hotel they give non AC room. Not providing AC when you book hotel they can ask more money for AC remote and tv. Rude behaviour employees. Not provided single sope and taval. Even we ask for any thing simple they can't listen and egnore us. Please don't come this hotel worest hotel in Hyderabad.
