NillI just visited Oyo Hotel Blue Petals , and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their Front Desk Manager Imran Zamaan behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. After conducting research, I selected Oyo Hotel Blue Petals I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit this Hotel once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. The cultural experience left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and Imran Zamaan (Manager of this Hotel) is too friendly.

NillKind of a scam hotel because of the owner. Took 400 extra for early check-in although I told I would checkout early in the night only. And i checked out early also. The location is not so good. The hotel is full of mosquitoes. The towels were torn and the water faucet was broken. The top shelves were dirty. Most of the service guys were good but some try to scam you if you try to book a cab, add double commission to cab rates. They did not give me a GST bill on the early check-in amount. Not recommended at all. DO NOT visit this hotel.

NillUtterly Disgusting Experience – Never Booking with OYO Again This was, without question, the worst hotel experience of my life. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both senior citizens, and we had a considerable amount of luggage. Not a single member of the hotel staff offered to help. We were left to haul all our bags to the room ourselves—completely unacceptable and disgraceful service. When we entered the room, we were met with one of the most grotesque sights imaginable: the toilet was unflushed, filled with waste, and to make matters worse, it was blocked. Flushing it only caused the water to overflow. Absolutely revolting. The horror didn’t stop there. The bedsheets were dirty, torn, and clearly unchanged. The pillow covers and duvet were filthy. There were no towels provided. The entire room reeked of neglect. When we complained, the staff casually and shamelessly said, “It’s not my job to look after this.” That kind of response is not just unprofessional—it’s downright insulting. We were then moved to another room, which was clearly a downgrade. This room, too, was in a deplorable state: dirty sheets, stained pillow covers, no toiletries, and a general lack of hygiene everywhere you looked. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was an absolute nightmare. A total failure in basic hospitality and cleanliness. Shame on this property, and shame on OYO for allowing this level of filth and apathy under their name. OYO has gone beyond saving now. It's all doom from here for them it seems. Avoid at all costs. I will never book with OYO again. Also, while checking out the receptionist was about to trick me by taking my mobile phone and giving the rating by himself.

NillDon't go to stay in this hotel. Recently vietnam country people are staying there so hotel staff is behaving rudely and saying don't come to hotel again. And staff person saying they are paying three time more money for a day. They charged from me more only for one night. So just for u r kind information don't go that hotel either search for another hotel there are many hotel better than this. My worst experience
