We stayed in the pathetic hotel for a night...and it turned out to be nightmare. Except glass front reception nothing is good starting from duty manager, bell boy, housekeeping. They don't sanitize rooms, don't change sheets, I got a blanket where the previous guest masterbated and the freaking staff argues on every concern you point. I will never recommend this property to any one. OYO should immediately delist them. Such rowdy staff managed hotel. Truly unprofessional and sic place.

I think this was Vintage hotel recently tied up with OYO as well. Location of the hotel is good, property has no kitchen, intercom. It's a very basic - basic hotel with four walls. Staff is not good at all they fight and argue, especially the duty manager. The bell boy cuts of conversation and walks off. Property lacks in precautions during COVID. For that matter I felt Corona Virus begged Shamsabad habitants that you guys stay I am leaving, no one wears MASK, zero precautions taken for guests travelling from other states. In 1 line "Avoid this property for STAY you will be disappointed"

Property location is good rest everything is not worth mentioning. Would have given ZERO rating but there isn't. In the same vicinity there are many more hotels, explore them, here you will only be disappointed. Owner pull up your socks and run your own hotel instead of giving to 2-3 lousy people to run for you. This hotel follows ZERO covid protocol. If hotel management think they have won covid battel then you guys are day dreaming. GOOD Luck! Hope you see some improvement on service aspect.

Not an ideal place for family stay...service is pathetic..no power backup. . I literally spent an hour sitting in dark without any other alternative provided by them, no intercom. No hot water , bedsheets were not so clean, it had spots of food...etc...etc etc... At the time of checkout these guys take your phone and give themselves a five star review without your concern... which is so pathetic and disrespectful....never take oyo rooms...instead go for Ibibo

Booked room via oyo and at the reception they denied my booking and demanded double the money . Gave me all kind of reasons for not honouring the booking . I had gone there with my child at midnight and these guys made me run around for rooms despite me having booked in advance . Very rude employees .

Good Hotel ...Neet and clean rooms.. AC is working with less notice..Housekeeping is ok..👍👍👍

Awesome but try to improve room service and provode landline in rooms this is main thing I was so sad remaining always just simply superb and and near airport
