Hotel Rainbow Tower

The most horrible experience i have ever faced. Everything about this hotel is horrible. Starting from room to room service. I literally asked for everything (water bottle, towel, soap, wifi) and so many. Main door lock is broken and even bathroom door cannot be closed properly. What can i say about this hotel, i paid for 3 night but after facing so many problems, i left after 2 night. Even lift buttons are also half broken. One advise to everyone, please do not go for this hotel.

Bad is not enough. The lodge was even better than this. The room and service are terrible. They have used blankets and pillow covers in the room with other guests. No soap, no towel, no dental kit in the bathroom. Break fast was next. A serve of idli and vada bought from some small shop outside. They were not ready to bring it by opening it and closing it with a pot.When I asked for tea, he said that he would come soon. We didn't get breakfast tea until after our checkout time. You should note one thing that we booked the room by paying more than 2500 Indian money. A room with better service than this is available in India today for a thousand rupees. None of you should stay at this hotel. too bad. From Hotel I have stayed in many hotels in my life. But even better than this are the stables where the cows lie. It is hotels like this that give other hotels a bad name. When it comes to a hotel, the first thing you need at the reception is a responsible manager or a related staff. There was a boy in housekeeping. If you want a bottle of water, you have to come down and say so.The telephone in the room works but no one picks up the call. The AC in the room is not even working. When I went and said that the AC was not working, one person did not even bother to come and check. When we asked for a bottle of water, the bottle was emptied and given to us. As soon as we saw that water, we knew that it was not the original mineral water.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Their motive is only money and not the satisfaction of those who come

Very bad service. I have booked 3 rooms for my stake holders. Have informed that bill is mandatory for me. They gave a normal bill without any invoice number. Have called atleast 10 times and sent email. They are least bothered. Sameer was the person with whom I spoke. Will never book rooms again. Worst service Check the screen shot. If it's a bad review, then it's fake. Lol.

It doesn’t even qualify for normal lodge but they’ve mentioned as it’s 3 star hotel. Every where cockroach’s are there. Normal hotels are far better than this hotel. Don’t believe the ratings and I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

We booked this hotel as this is close to the airport and easier to access for early morning flights. The first room that was given was smelling too bad (we couldn't even define if it was cigarettes or some other drugs) and when asked, we were given another room which was strictly average. My 11 year old couldn't sleep all night fearing who will knock the door at what time given the ambience. Worst of all - The hotel posted a positive review by themselves on our name on makemytrip. We did not even have an option to delete the review. Thumb rule: DO NOT believe reviews on makemytrip and DO NOT prefer this hotel when you are with family.

We had book 2 AC rooms for 19th September by Make my trip but when we reached at hotel replied us that AC is not working, saying different rumors. Very worst experience in Hyderabad..... Never visit again.... Make my trip must cancel this hotel licence from its list. Never go at this hotel to avoid worst experience.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times on business trips to Hyderabad. Overall, great hotel for the money. Quiet, great service and food quality. Room service is prompt and fresh. Location is close to many of the tech companies, which makes travelling easier.

My guest went there with confirmed hotel voucher and once he reached there the hotel reception not given the check-in and denying the booking and saying that hotel is sold out. After that they sent him their sister property 1KM away from this property which was vary poor and completely different hotel - it was filthy and full of mosquitos. This hotel was a total scam - don't ever book here.
