Very dirty rooms. Bedsheets were stained. The washroom drain pipe leaked. Walls were loosing the whitewash and were flaky due to moisture. Room telephone not working. Staff doesn't know English or Proper Hindi. Breakfast was limited to 2 items and very tasteless. Very difficult to stay here. I am going to a different hotel right away.

They are cheating public in the name of Fortune brand. This hotel room is not worth for even 1500rs, the rooms are very small and wash rooms are very dirty, they have all unbranded AC, unbranded TV and a 1 litre hot water geyser in the washroom. The unbranded lift stops half way through. No car parking. Worst breakfast with stale idlies, cold upma and vermicelli, they call it buffet. They are cheating people with hifi lighting. I have never seen this kind of cheating. Dont belive the images they have posted. Even i belived and went.

Will easily qualify as the worst stay over.... Beginning from the check-in to check-out. It's classified as a 3-star but wouldn't qualify a star if the audits are done. The hotel doesn't accept cards and if you pay cash they won't have the change. You have to insist on a GST invoice. The rooms were nothing like those shown in the pics.... Pretty old pics being shown. The AC was non functional for half an hour and then it was too noisy. There was no water in the shower. The breakfast was all of dry idli with salty chutney and vermicelli. There was no toaster for bread. Except for the location being close to the airport which helps while transiting, would surely not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience at the hotel. The hotel rooms are not good, before handing over the key to customers they don't do a minimum check whether fans are working nor is there an water problem. The room which we booked was of around 3000 per day bot in bathroom the flush was not working and also after 5 min the water was stopped and the when we complained they took half an hour to come and then asked us to shift for other romm and then in that room there was no locks only . One of the worst experience and the room rent was too high and the breakfast was complimentary but it was like ok ok they don't provide bottled water during breakfast. If required we need to buy water. Please don't book these rooms as the pictures shown is totally different when u go and see.

Just because it's just beside the main road, its getting some customers. But trust me, it's one of the worst and most unhygienic hotels i have ever been too. The staff tries its best but looks like management isn't bothered to look into the feedback and improve the quality. Everything starting from the lift, room lobby, bathroom cleanliness, bedsheets etc is all in depleted state. Pls avoid. Not worth.. i dunno how MakeMyTrip asks hefty amount for this place...pathetic.

This property does not match anywhere close to the pictures posted related to the hotel. It is not a franchise or a property owned by the Fortune group of hotels. Which is misleads the guests. The hygiene of the Breakfast dining area also does not match up to the basic standards of the hotel industry. The food options also not very appealing with a very limited choice of spread. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Of course all the good reviews are fake which i realized after staying at the hotel. Very poorly maintained property. AC makes noise, rooms are not clean. Not worth the money at all. Book another hotel if you are staying just to be close to airport.

I had best experience in this hotel and. I like room are very good. And service are very good and responding very well. And rooms are like amazing
