Hotel Bright Airport Zone Shamshabad

I wasn't able to give the review when I stayed there 1yr ago, as this hotel was not showing in Google at all. I still can't imagine that i stayed here God knows how. Will make this as simple as possible. Things that was horrible here 1) Rooms are full of cockroaches, they don't seem to care. 2) Stinky rooms and horrible food. 3) Reception people are very rude, doesn't have basic human courtesy. 4) I saw them been extremely rude and trying to loot an forgenier, literally shouting at him. 5) Water bottles are sold 10/15 rs above the MRP. 6) No hot water on 4th floors and No TV. 7) Rooms in 2nd and 3rd floors are horrible as you might not see cockroaches when lights are on but it literally roams on your body and dresses at nights. 8) back-up generator is only there for the reception, they don't care if there are no lights or anything for the customer.

Drainage overflows right in-front of their entrance . But the owner doesn’t care about it . Whoever is staying in this hotel are falling Sick with dengue, Malaria & Viral fevers . Be aware ! Please dont stay here and get sick !

Very bad stay Rooms and not even corridor is not cleaned. Bathroom smelling. Horrible I don't understand how they get good rating. Worth for 500 rs It's a local lodge. High payment. No proper roads to the property

Trapped hotel. Please request that all of you don't go with the family. No hot water is available. The receptionist was very rude. Even rooms are sinking. AC was not working properly and at midnight automatically power cut and no one responded.

We took room on Jan 1 for one big stay.we were having flight at 7 in the morning.They charged 2500 for room and 500 for extra bed.The online booking apps were showing 1000 something for room . And a physco guy in reception called around 1:30 AM in the night and telling us that for their cab service to airport we have to go 1000 rupees. We were sleeping and he was constantly calling and insisting me to take their cab service. For airport there was less than 8 km and the ola was showing around 400. To the authority of the hotel better to remove that physco guy who is not having any manners or ethics.

No proper food no hot water in night bekar hotel es hotel wale customer ka nahi sunta hotel wale ka customer sunna hai Jo hotel wala bolata hai customer sunna hai bekar hotel nobody should come to this hotel we have book a hotel from Bangalore hotel people told there is all flexible service you will give but main the hot water they do not give we have request to give hot water but the word they told sorry what too do we three people came to go Umrah so they want to respect customer I want only money for water bottle he took 30 rs each for food we asked for shayari he told will give but you have to make for 3 persons we asked u give one person he told no sir if u Book for 3 ve will provide in ramzan the Muslim people do this type behaviour for Muslim so please don't come to this hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 2days. Breakfast is complimentary but dog can't eat that food too.. Room rent is costlier Per day 1800 Inr but not up to the rate very worst hotel. Worst hotel, bad attitude receptionist, worst maintenance, no basic amenities in hotel like towel, drinking water, hot water for bathing, no TV Even if we give this rating they are not going to improve it. The room service that they provide is a disaster, especially the main guy sitting in the reception who got a bad temper and a rude behavior. There's a fan, an AC, dirty tea maker kept in room but no tea kit provided, a bathroom everything but non of them works and specially to mention a TV service which haven't been recharged in months. Such a waste service. The worst thing is the room service people aren't willing to listen all these compliant. I booked for 2 days and stayed only one day because of hotel staff behaver, service and Amenities provided. I would never recommend this place for you WORST -Highly recommend not to choose this hotel. No drinking water in rooms, TV doesn't work Don't go with family. Very poor room service they don't even bother about cleaning. You don't get hot water in bathrooms. They don't bother about it. Lift does not work, hot water not available... Even for a glass of water, you have to pay... ridiculous hotel... Such hotels defame the name of Hyderabad further It is waste of time in explaining. Friends don't go there at any cost...

When approaching through offline please be careful with the person you're talking/texting..I myself had contacted Hotel Bright and a person has texted me and shared location of another hotel names RAINBOW TOWERS HOTEL (2000) which is also nearby but the pricing for HOTEL BRIGHT ( 1300 ) is different from RAINBOW TOWERS HOTEL.. They had given me a room in RAINBOW TOWERS HOTEL instead of HOTEL BRIGHT and I end up paying 2000. DONT GET FOOLED LIKE ME.. CROSSCHECK HOTEL NAME AND ADDRESS AND ONLY THEN PROCEED.
