OYO 69076 New Property Shamshabad ( Manish)

They charge 400 more (than OYO) once you reach the room. The rooms are smaller than a toilet. Horrible smell, bed sheets had white/red stains. Chose this only to pass a couple of hours before flight as it was close to airport. I regretted and left the place immediately. Every good review that you see here was forcefully gotten by the guys working there or are fraudulent. Don’t ever believe.

The guy who was available helped with moving my luggage but few things for rating only 2 start:- 1. The hotelier doesn't comply with Hygiene policy 2. Ratea differ - The rate informed us 480 INR and he charged me 1000 INR The complaint logged but no resolve given by OYO support team

Had a really worst experience, I Booked and paid online for two days, when I reached the hotel they told me that this price will only be for one day (when I already paid for 2 days). I stayed for one day as I was very tired, the rooms are very dark and scary and dirty. Also, during the checkout I asked them for a normal bill to claim the expense as I paid 1200 for one day (which was 2 days as per booking) they denied for even a normal bill with their hotel name. Had a long argument with them over this, finally i got fed up and left. Worst experience, no one should visit. Thanks

Perfect for what I needed. There is an issue with the price on booking being cheaper but having read that I came to ask the price and in their defense they have printed up cards with the fixed price on them. Train station is right nearby so it can be a little noisy but that stuff doesn't bother me so I was fine.

Service is so poor that they don't even look at you after you pay advance amount for the day and AC was not working TV was not working. when I told the hotel owner he Is like what can I do? It will happen

booked on booking.coo for 624inr and told them we would be arriving late at night. when we got there they said we have to pay 1500inr with little explanation as to why. a scam. the room was also full of mosquitos.

Overall cleaness was compromised, reception ask for 500 rupees extra for checkin and he said from booking. Com you booked it at low price and he said I need to pay extra 500 rupees. Since my family with small kids waiting outside I paid for it.

Had enough with OYO. This place is hell on earth (Someone placed used condoms under the pillow). They asked for extra money while checking in and they asked me to open the OYO app and rated high by themselves at the time of checkout.
