Disappointing Experience at Itsy By Treebo - Galaxy Park: A Review: Located a mere 8.4 kilometers from the airport, Itsy By Treebo - Galaxy Park offers a convenient option for travelers needing swift access to their flights. However, despite this advantage, my recent stay at the hotel left much to be desired. While the proximity to the airport is undoubtedly a positive aspect of Itsy By Treebo - Galaxy Park, unfortunately, it stands as one of the few redeeming qualities of this establishment. During my stay in Room #303, several issues came to light that marred the overall experience. The water drainage in the bathroom was poor, and the cleanliness standards left much to be desired. The bedspread was adorned with short hairs, and the towels hanging in the bathroom were damp, indicating lapses in housekeeping. Moreover, despite arriving late at 11 pm with a confirmed booking through Treebo, the staff seemed ill-prepared and uninformed about my reservation, leading to a frustrating check-in process. Furthermore, the basic amenities such as heaters and air conditioning units were either non-functional or inadequate, adding to the discomfort of the stay. In conclusion, while Itsy By Treebo - Galaxy Park's proximity to the airport might make it an attractive option for travelers needing quick access to flights, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The issues with cleanliness, unprepared staff, and inadequate amenities highlight significant areas for improvement. For a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay, travelers may want to explore alternative accommodation options in the vicinity of the airport.
