OYO Raja Ram Hotel Near Erragadda Metro Station

I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel using Oyo app. The price shown in Oyo app is around 550rs. After visiting to hotel the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking and demanded triple price compared to the price shown in Oyo app to check in. But still if you want to go by giving extra money to them then it's up to you. I strongly recommend you not to visit again. I never ever go to that place in my lifetime because of the price and not following the proper procedure. Direct walkin is available but we need to pay more money to that hotel. For that price you can get excellent room in our city. So plan accordingly.

It was a pathetic experience with both OYO and Raja Ram Hotel in Hyderabad. After booking room in advance, travelled to Hyderabad, under hot sun, reached the hotel location and then Hotel guys said they cannot provide check in and demanded for more money. When I called OYO customer care, they were hope less. Hotel guys said they use OYO to get leads, but provide check in at the cost as per Hotel guys demand.

Only because of booking the hotel on oyo with offer price, they provided room without working geaser and flush in bathroom non working. Even the guys working in hotel knew about the condition, but behaves like it stopped working now.

Vey bad experience after booking rooom i had paid online payment they refused that online payment is not correct and they dint gave me rooo. And said if we pay extra money in cash their will give us rooom from these i treat Oyo was wast service which we use the aap

These are cheaters, showing less amount online and asking extra..I have booked the room online and paid amount online but at the time of check-in, hotel staff arguing with us to pay extra 700 Rs.so i contacted customer care, he told that he will refund 700 Rs, but not came yet.

Pillows are worn out and bedsheet has brown dirt stains and walls are cheap and adjusted small room, bathroom has a living pegion nest in it including few birds on sun roof .floor is old and it is impossible to stay in that room.

Impolite behaviour by receptionist (Women).. she literally forced us to Cancel our booking as we booked the hotel room for ₹400 from Oyo app (Oyo first booking offer of 399).. Hotel was good but, that reception aunty 🙏

Very bad rooms all staff behaviour very bad and worst.. very near smart hotel is there same price good 2 star hotel
