PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE. I had a horrible experience with this hotel. The manager simply denied the booking made through OYO, quoting high price. The manager arrived and started threatening. I immediately left the premises and booked another hotel, after learning never to book hotels in Khammam online.

Room is small.. And price is not same as promo n there s no offer as mention on promo so we tk non ac with 1000rs/night not include bfast as mention... N tv s not working... Really worst experience

THE WAY THEY BEHAVE WTH US IS VERY WORST,IF U R PAYMENT IS DONE THROUGH ONLINE,THEY ARE SIMPLY SAYING”WE ARE NOT GIVING ANY ROOM TO U BECAUSE THE U ALREADY PAID THE THROUGH ONLINE”VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR NO PROPER CLEANINESS THEY MENTION THAT IT IS FULLY SANITASIED BUT WHEN U CHECKIN TO THE ROOM,THERE FULL OF BLOOD ON THE BLANKETS,TV REMOTES GUYS DONT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL AS I EXPERIENCED 🙏

worst experience with hotel receptionist and management.When,after booking in oyo and reached there .They deny us to check in by saying that we are not giving any rooms to oyo customers and tell us to pay extra amount though paid earlier through online.. Such a irresponsible mangement and fools the customers in taking extra amount..Better don't book the rooms and dont be trapped in additional amount charges in this vamshi empire ..

Very rude staff. Always talk back. They open door without knocking. Will never come back for this stay. Horrible service. No neatness. Bad room service.
