Hotel PR Grand

We stayed as family for weekend . Rooms are not good . Rooms were stinky with lots of insects and lizards . We had to change room but all room has same problem some stinky smell . Bedspreads and chair has stinky smell . Bathroom tap water doesn’t come . No water provided . We have to pay and buy bottle from them . Service is poor . And at reception no proper communications. We wanted 4 hours extra and we spoke reception person and they said we can pay half but while leaving they forced us to pay and started fighting and shouting at us . Was very horrible experience. No food available near by . Have to order from Zomato

It's really good ambience. Peaceful rooms. Good hospitality . I will recommend for corporate customers those who stay in Khammam

All good but there is no discount for corporate s 😔 but in reasonable price Very neat rooms spacious
