Kodali Guest Suites

"Exceptional stay — Highly Recommended!" I stayed at Kodali Guest Suites for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a great city view. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all premium toiletries. Breakfast had a wide variety – both Indian and continental – and everything was fresh and tasty. Room service was fast and the food quality was impressive. Location is perfect – close to shopping areas and easy access to transport. The hotel also has a Banquet Hall where we had small gathering, which made the stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It truly deserves 5 star.

Entry/exit from bathroom is a bit tricky, elderly can trip and fall. You should do something about it. Breakfast Service should be introduced. Install one board on the adjacent roads to show direction to the Kodali Guest Suite. Cab/auto seems to miss the turn every time.

It offers a comfortable and well-maintained stay with spacious rooms and essential amenities. The staff is courteous, ensuring a smooth experience for guests. While the location is convenient, improvements in housekeeping and facilities could enhance the stay further.

Rooms were decent while my room had lizard. Everything was good apart from the receptionist Mr. Suresh who was unprofessional in his ways of checking in and later was horribly rude to the customer regarding his laps on his procedure. Would recommend for a quick stay but would request the management to look into the behaviour and the procedures at reception which currently are unprofessional and rude, and correct it for a better experience.

Room was clean. Bathroom tiny but clean. Smooth tiles. So the floor was slippery with water. Hot water was avaliable.
