Hotel Incredible One

The hotel locates exactly at the city centre of secunderabad. Easy access to almost all necessary items. The rooms are well equipped, frequently cleaned and well maintained. Restaurant is multi cuisine providing with delicious food all the day. It will be a good and fruitful stay here. We really were very safe and comfortable being here. Thank you incredible one.

I am writing this review after staying here for 10 days. They have two types of services. Very good service for the people who book directly by paying more and very secondary service to the people who book through online. If you book online then you will be treated like guests of third party. Never take meal combo with your package. You will not have any flexibility to shift your meal or decide when to take. No variety in meal. Better explore nearby eating options where you will get variety, flexibility and lesser price.

Excellent staff, Kiran Bisth, Tania, Sumatra at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly and made our check in and check out process very easy. Ram at night shift was very helpful when we arrived at 1.30AM. Cafe was excellent with lots of food items. Room service was very prompt and good. Car valet service was great. Will come back again to stay.

Have you ever felt well served and everything taken care that you don't have to follow up? When we stay at a property it's not always about the luxury or the views. It is also about how the people treat you. What do guests need when they decide to stay at a hotel? Think deeply and thats what you get here. My 10 days were really great. Right from the first day the people at the property were empathetic and ready for me. Whenever I raised a question they did not just say No or Im sorry, but really looked at the possibility for an alternative solution. They were quick on their feet all the time. Food was fresh and good, though the variety was minimal. Any complaints raised was quickly resolved. My heartful thanks to all the people working there. Well done to the management for keeping your team motivated.

I booked the room for two days. Location of the hotel is really good. Rooms were really clean and good. Food was really tasty at their restaurant. Staffs were really polite and efficient. They were always ready to help.

The finest restaurant to dine and drink is one with ambiance and cuisine. is wonderful, especially veg Manchurian ! Sunday I visited with my husband; we had a good time, and the service offered was satisfactory. The staff is really competent. Regards,Rajani

We stayed for a couple of days with family here. Location is prime and near to main road and metro and Surrounded by shopping area. Rooms are well maintained, bedding and linen are cozy, tho small and suitable for business travelers. Breakfast spread was limited and was expecting at least pancakes on all days. House keeping staff are polite. Front desk staff are quick in processing checkin and checkout. Overall this hotel can be rated between a 2 & 3 star hotel.
